Manager at the front desk was very attentive and professional, as were the staff that showed me to my room, made sure I had wifi, and served breakfast in the dining room.

I do not recommend this place, but it is not recommended. I will write a book about the problems that I get here. Location is very good. Service is good with amenities like hot water, intercom, food, cleanliness. But nothing special about this place. I did not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is located near the Pewa lakeside, restaurants, etc. We felt welcomed and enjoyed our stay in our room on the ground floor. We stayed for five nights and enjoyed every moment. I liked getting to know the staff who were never hesitant to help my sister and I. The hotel slayers were also very nice so I enjoyed getting to know them. They have a nice communal area downstairs and the rooms are sufficiently air conditioned which helps with the hot weather here.

Overall, a positive experience. This is a great hotel and right across from the lake. The lake is the main attraction in O'hara. The room is quite spacious and has a nice bathroom. But the lift is not available. So if you want to access the room, you have to use the stairs. Room service is average.

My second stay here. I will stay again here. The hotel is close to the lake. The staff is very kind and helpful. My room in the rooftop patio was clean with a comfortable bed, wifi, a lovely hot shower and beautiful mountains views. The breakfast was delicious.

The hotel in O'hara is exquisite. I spent the majority of my time chatting with the employees during meals and during my unwinding days here in July, the off-season. The employee here was so friendly and attentive to all of my requirements. The view outside my window was spectacular, and the bed was really comfortable. Without the clouds, I believe it would be even nicer in the regular tourist season. After calling the front desk to see if it was available, I never had to wait longer than ten minutes for hot water. I also loved the breakfast! I had a great time interacting with you since the men who worked here.

The staff is very hospitible and the included breakfast will provide plenty fuel you for your adventures. Located one street back from the lake close to the areas top Chinese restaurants and a street back from some of the more luxurious hotels in the area. I stayed in a room with a large bed and two large windows with a good view of the Peace Pagoda to the south and Sarangkot to the North West. Even better view from the rooftop. Bathroom was spacious with good hot water (solar). Cons: Difficulty accounting for payments done through expedia was awkward. Stray dogs attracted to the meat from the Chinese restaurants barked from 1-3am multiple nights. Wifi router to room was inconsistent as was electricity. (The electricity is a town wide problem). As consolation the internet in the lobby always works. All things considered it’s a good choice. Quality room with a great breakfast run by friendly people.

I lived in this hotel with my wife for one night. I booked the deluxe room through Expedia which costs. When I checked in they gave me standard room which is small and dirty. Then I informed the manager in the front dest (probably the younger brother of the owner) that I did not like the room. I also added, in your hotel I booked the deluxe room and was expecting much better room. Then he checked my booking confirmation and changed my room from standard to deluxe and asked for a good review for that. Their deluxe room is not better than the standard one but the size. I had to ask for water bottle and coffee. Then my wife went for shower and she waited 15 minutes opening the tap for hot water, but no hot water. Then she came out of the shower and asked me to call the reception. But I found the phone is dead. I walked downstairs and informed the reception that there is no hot water and the phone is dead. The manager informed me he will turn on hot water and need to wait for one hour. He also said he will come to fix the phone but he never came. So, we went for dinner instead of shower. Later we found there was no remote control of air conditioner. I walked downstairs again and brought a broken remote control they have. We found the air conditioner is dead too. Their internet speed was below 1mbps for so many users and I could not log in to Gmail or Facebook. Their blanket was so cheap and thin. There was an ordinary breakfast in the morning where I found their knife was bent.
