The staff were so helpful and genuinely kind. The hotel felt traditional and the atmosphere was very relaxing. Rooms were large, spacious and clean. The facilities including the roof terrace were clean and well looked after

This is Neoal we are talking about. Standards are a bit different. I have stayed her before and the staff is wonderful. They will help you in every way possible. They are friendly. The room is clean and comfortable. Some nice shopping stalls nearby and a wonderful spa, Shambala, is right next door.

As I was in a rush to check out, I left my cell phone in the room. THe hotel room cleaner discovered it within five mins of my departure, immediately notified the front desk, and they called the driver who was taking me to the airport. We had time to turn around and retrieve it. What fantastic service!!!

Hotel Tibet is my favorite hotel anywhere and I have stayed many times. I love the staff, always helpful and friendly. I love the decor - traditonal Tibetan feel. And I love the kitchen, great momo's. Just simply could not be pleased more.

I have stayed at Hotel Tibet numerous times. I love it there as it always feels like home away from home. Clean and well managed with the feel of a Tibetan hotel. The staff is simply wonderful and the hotel is located on a quiet side street away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist district Thamel. The restaraunt is also excellent and well managed with a very nice breakfast.

Staff very friendly,couteous and helpful .Breakfast with plenty of choice , with Anita in charge, helpful and smiling at all times . The fifth floor restaurant was excellent with special thanks to Anil,Sanjeer,Rabi,Gyopal and their manager Tara . So kind and happy always. Lift to upper floors was brilliant.no stairs to climb!!!!! Very central for sightseeing and trekkers .

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Tibet! It is a beautiful property and has a real family feel to it. The staff are superb and the great thing is, you really feel the Nepalese/Tibetan culture by staying in such a property - it's so very special. Great small restaurants and I just love the ambience of the Yeti Bar on the rooftop. It's located in a nice area and there are lots of nice shops selling traditional Nepalese crafts within 5 minutes walk. I would thoroughly recommend a stay at the hotel to experience something very special indeed.

This place has a pleasant medium-level hotel with a lovely interior and a welcoming staff. Upon entering the lobby, there is a peaceful vibe after a long day in Kathmandu. The food was tasty and there were many facilities for a smaller hotel. I like this place.

It was one of the most magnificent lodging experiences Ive ever had! Ive got a ton to say. Ill try my best not to write a book or a review but focus on the main issue. Service. The hotel staff in Tibet went above and beyond. Over and over, at the front desk, printing paperwork for me, arranging taxis with trusted drivers, assisting in creating a truly unique event for 70 people in their restaurant, couid tests prior to our return to the usa, and accommodating changes in our dates of stay at the hotel with grace and goodwill. I was there to launch a book with our 5 Nepali storytellers called no longer untouchable a story of human trafficking, heroism, and hope, so we had a lot of meetings, events, technical demands for interviews on the roof of the hotel, and need staff support. The staff was always there to facilitate any idea or need. Very grateful! The space is incredible and inviting. A divinely comfortable bed with the sunset over Kathmandu mountains and the small square dotted with umbrellas from the Hotel Tibet cafe. Restaurant. One of the best restaurants Ive ever been to! Absolutely.. Thats correct! The sunrise views, as the purchased stupa and as the sun set and the city lights began to lighten up the skyline, took my breath away

We spent the first three nights of our two-week journey here and it was perfect. On a peaceful side street in a wonderful neighborhood, it was close enough to the center to get a cheap taxi to all the places we wanted to go, while being close enough to the tourist rush. The staff was professional and friendly, and they went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was enjoyable and pleasant. I adored the artwork and carvings in the foyer and restaurant area. The rooftop terrace provided us with our first dinner in Nepal and my mother's weren't any better for the remainder of our trip. Quiet, elegant, clean, spacious, friendly, great food and a great country inland.

When visiting Nepal, we have visited this place three times. This time, I stayed here for two days. The condition of the staff was good. This time, the service is very good, but the view from the balcony was really amazing. But, the breakfast is just what you might expect here. Hence, I would recommend this place to you who want to get a better experience on your trip to Nepal.

The hotel in Tibet is lovely. The lobby and rooms are lovely, with carvings and traditional art. The rooms are clean, and the beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is local, varied, and delicious. The location is central, but the hotel is on a small side street, making it quiet. Most of all, the staff is friendly, friendly, and professional. Our visit to Nepal coincided with the global escalation of covid 19, so we had to travel to Kathmandu early. The hotel staff was our friend and support system for a few highstreet days, and they made sure we were safe, comfortable, well-balanced, and supported.

The exterior and the lobby are gorgeous. The rooms are clean, but my door lock stuck and neither the a/c nor the frig worked. The hotel did send someone to look at the air conditioner, but he couldn't fix it. The staff was generally friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent.
