Overall, the stay was enjoyable. We stayed there as part of a package tour. We stayed in two parts. The first part was good, but when we returned for a second stay, the food served was insufficient and not up to their standard. One reason may be that the hotel was full. In the bathroom, hand showers were not provided, but upon request, they provided a head cap.

Selama 7 hari saya menginap, resepsionis, restoran, dan layanan kamar semuanya berada di level hotel bintang Kasur dan bantalnya bau sekali, seperti sudah bertahun-tahun tidak diganti. Makanan di Zing Cafe di lobi biasa saja. Tutup meja plastik biasanya terisi sisa makanan tanpa harus sering diganti.

Staying at the hyatt place is an incredible experience. I was greeted with a typical nepali greeting and offered an upgrade. The room was spacious and had all the basic amenities one could want. Good was very delicious to happy my stomach feels satisfied.

We booked a hotel in katmandu, so we had a great time in the city. The staff here are very helpful, polite and considerate. The restaurant is great. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety. The chef arranged a takeaway breakfast for us at 4.30 am as we had an early tour planned one day of our stay. There are many great food options, as per hyatt standards. The manager was very prompt and helpful in making our stay comfortable. Kathmandu is a historic city, with many temples. The city has grown around it and is very crowded. Most of the roads are very narrow. The taxi drivers were inspirational. The way they drive is cool to experience. The hotel is not very far from the airport, but it takes time due to traffic during the day. There are no great options near the hotel to walk. Its more of a business hotel than a recreational hotel. Overall, i enjoyed my stay at hyatt.

Honest review i want to give a double star visit on 10 th august 2023 i got sick and dehydrated so they provided me with juice in the afternoon and night without any charge and different fruits. After that day they also provided me with a taxi to the hospital such a great hotel.

The hotel is very modern and minimalist. The service is excellent. The staff is very attentive and meets all your needs. Breakfast has many options and you can order meals according to your request. All rooms are very clean and have large windows with a nice clear view of the city.

A fantastic stay at the hyatt place in katmandu. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the hyatt hotel in katmandu and was incredibly impressed. The hotel was impeccably clean and maintained, with no trace of dust present. The staff greeted me warmly and proved to be incredibly helpful throughout my stay. However, the highlight was definitely the breakfast. The variety of food options was extensive, and to my surprise, they even prepared a small cake to express gratitude for my stay. Overall, it exceeded all expectations, making it the best accommodation in katmandu.

I stayed there for 3 days on 23 july. It was an amazing experience. The room was nice, the view of the breakfast was amazing, and i really enjoyed staying there. They also have a pool and gym. I would recommend staying there.

The checkin staff upgraded us for free. The view of the mountains was beautiful from the large room window. The breakfast was amazing, especially the crispy dosas. Very helpful staff from check in until checkout.

I came here for a business program, and everything about the room, staff, and service was excellent. But the location was oh my! It took me a long time to get there because it was so busy and jammed with traffic. But finally, the food saved me.
