Friendly, helpful staff. Room clean, best bed I slept in, soft mattress. Big free breakfast selection in buffet. Elevator was a nice bonus, so no steps to climb. Indoor pool looked nice but not heated in April so a bit cold. When I booked the location the map showed Kuti was on the lake but it is several blocks inland so I was disappointed and pointed that out to them which they now corrected the map location. But we had an amazing mountain view which was even better! Highly recommended.

Out of the hotels I've stayed in Pokhara, Kuti resort was the best one (without a doubt). Robust management, extremely polite and friendly staffs -- trust me, you'd have a good time.

I have been in several hotels in Pokhara and this is one of the best that I have seen. They are not as big as some of the others but the staff has an attention for detail that you just don't see in Nepal. We booked the suite and my husband dropped by early to put flowers and chocolate in the room (Valentine's Day). The hotel took a cue from that and put a bottle of wine and a basket of fruit in the room as well. The breakfast buffet is awesome and the pool is indoors which is nice for colder months.

This is the best location. The food and hospitality of this place is of the highest quality and the cleanliness of the poker room is also very good. The facilities are so complete as the hot shower, steam, sauna, and in room hot tub. They provide this in-room bathtub also the general manager, they really make us comfortable.

It's a pleasure to stay here. The hotel has nice service and nice and pleasant staff. The food is very good too. This is the best location because it is close to Phuwa lake and the famous lakeside market. I'm happy with my stay there.

This was my first visit to O'hara Nepal Buti Resort it was a great hotel. I had enjoyed looking at amazing views from the exterior balcony. Service was very nice and food was delicious. Thank you so much. Distant with the guide as well and to give us a friend feel and thank you. Awoke to provide us 5 star service. Next time I want to visit buti resort again. Thank you Buti Resort to make us feel as familiar.

The quality of food at this hotel is good, as are the facilities in the hotel. The personnel are friendly. I have had a friend named tara Prasad who helped us to do our mountain activities at poker.

I really recommend visiting O'hara. I enjoyed my stay with my guest. Amazing cultural dinner with grateful people, well managed we love our stay. Operation Manager Madam Ji is very helpful, kind, knowledgeable and well known for his hospitality. He made our stay more enjoyable. You will get whatever you thought.

The rooms sound because the buti 1 is not working so it is loud. The cost is not worth what I paid here but the quality is very satisfying.

飯店位置並不是如網站顯示的位於湖邊，而是巷子裡，距離主要逛街區與費娃湖走路皆需要5-10分鐘，飯店雖有游泳池，但烤箱與蒸氣室仍須付費使用，早餐不錯且有變化，服務人員態度良好。

Flott hotell. Bra service, problemet var at når vi kom fikk vi for to rom som var meget små i 5 etg. Ettersom ikke bestillingen fra hotels.com hadde kommet inn til hotellet. Hotellet ordnet nye flotte rom dager etter! Resten av oppholdet var flott. Beliggenheten fra hotels.com stemte ikke hvor hotellet lå, men 5 minutter gange så var du ved vannet.

Hotel is decent. I pay 100cad dollar for the room. It is not the worth of tht.. i had a sour experience with the staff regarding my outdoor activity booking. Thy charge you over price. So pls avoid any outdoor activities booking from the hotel.. it is better to book from the company. Overall hotel is good and the service is good. Im probably not going thr back. For sure
