Our flight delayed a bit and we check in quite late, the gentleman wake up to help us check in, we really appreciated it! The room is clean and tidy with all the basic things you need, we depart for Nagarkot for one night they help us to store our luggage, thank you for their kindness!

A cute quaint family owned inn with spectacular staff. They always greeted me with a smile and a "namaste". Very safe, clean, and convenient jumping off point for exploring the Thamel district of Kathmandu. I will definitely be returning just to drink tea and conversate with the staff. It was very enlightening!

Perfect stay in this lovely hotel, perfectly located in Thamel but isolated from the outside noise. The room is lovely, clean comfortable. The owner is very helpful, full of good tips to navigate the city. The restaurant on the rooftop prepares delicious food made with local organic product, I highly recommend for dinner.

Nepal Pavillion Inn is the place to stay in Kathmandu, The two brothers who own the property, Mahes and Prokas, were above satisfactory in terms of hospitality. When i arrived in Kathmandu the airline had lost my luggage, and when I mentioned it in passing to Mahes at the hotel he took the issue personally and worked all morning the next day on my behalf to find my luggage. The entire staff was kind, professional, friendly, and fun to be around. We didn't want to leave the hotel! You should absolutely stay at Nepal Pavillion Inn.

Great place to stay! Made me feel safe in a new place as a female by myself. Hot showers and electricity were available and a fan was provided for the room which was amazing. Will stay again after my trek!

Before and after our trek just before Christmas this year, we stayed at the pavilion inn for a total of five nights. You can't beat it for the price and location. The beds are comfortable, and the linens are clean and warm, there is hot water all day, and all the communal areas are very well maintained. Traveling with two children, we felt safe and well looked after at the pavilion inn. We left additional bags there while we were out in the mountains. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice local hotel within easy walking distance of all the buzz of Thamel, but not the associated noise of the busy areas.

The quality of service is very good. The hotel is so clean and has spacious rooms. The staff who is at the reception is also very helpful and kind. The food is very good, the place is perfect for a quick break.

This is the best inn in Kathmandu. They are clean, helpful, and knowledgeable. They serve the above and beyond. We had a good experience during our stay here, and make and his family took great care of us. When we scheduled a pick up from the airport, the driver had to wait a long time because we were delayed. They called our son who was sick to check on him while we were away and even found a screen repair service for an iPhone. They also made arrangements for taxis, buses, and recommended locations to see and visit. The rooms were roomy, and the beds were cozy and spotless, with tea and toiletries provided.

Excellent 3 star hotel in the middle of Thamel. Near many facilities. Comfortable room and meters, western toilet and air conditioning. Very charming staff. Highly recommended.

The Nepal Pavilion Inn is wonderful! The staff, particularly Prakash, is really helpful and friendly! The staff gave me excellent advice on what to do during my five days in Kathmandu, and I and my companion made a great impression every time I simply wanted to unwind in my room. They were incredibly helpful in assisting me with understanding how to get hot water to my shower, for example, when I had a question about how to connect the shower to hot water. I thought the personnel was in our best interests. Keep in mind that Nepal is quite nice for the price you pay, and I believe that for the money you spend, it offers wonderful service and a truly lovely location. They were very accommodating and quick to respond to my emails when I booked, and as I am leaving for Chilao for a few days, they are willing to hold my luggage until I return. I can only assume that they wanted to make our experience enjoyable. Nepal pavilion inn, thank you!.

The hotel is well placed in Thamel, and is slightly away from the really busy area, and tucked down a quiet alleyway. It has a more traditional style, which I liked, the owner was friendly, pleasant and helpful. He arranged a taxi for very early in the morning, and got up to ensure it arrived ok. It was a Sat night and I could hear the base thud thud of a nearby nightclub, it wasn't really loud but as I am sensitive to sound at night it did keep me awake, but my friend slept fine. The bathroom could have benefitted from a better clean, and a lick of paint, but overall the hotel was fine and our stay was ok. We weren't there long enough to try out the restaurant or see the whole hotel.
