Would suggest it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay. Very convenient access to transportation. Excellent restaurant cuisine and concierge service. Very nice rooftop bar and pool, however food and beverages are pricey.

We had a great time during our trip to nepal. The hotels services included excellent meals and delectable cuisine. Mr. Ashish displayed excellent cooperative and good behavior. The cuisine was of very high quality, especially malpua and south india, which we thoroughly enjoyed.

To begin with, the hotel is located in the heart of the city, near a wellknown market called thamel. It is their main tourist destination. The area is surrounded by many good and boutique hotels, as is the Ramada Encore by wyndham. The property is in a good location because it is in their main tourist area, the hotel is small and i assume it has less than 70 rooms, 2 restaurants, a small gym, a small swimming pool (not more than 4 people can fit in), a spa, and a waiting area. Being in such a place one can understand that you cant have a larger or grand hotel, although ive stayed at the Radisson and soaltee which are grand hotels in katmandu. To be honest, the problem i could feel was the management, which i felt was inadequate. Unfortunately, the staff was rude, the rooms were not properly cleaned, and there was nothing in the bathroom, so i had to ask for everything, which is typically available in hotels. The sheets and towels were really worn out and had spots, so i asked for a change, and even the new ones had the same issues. The furniture in the rooms felt worn out again. Being in the market area, you do not get much of a view from the hotel, and the room has very small windows. The morning breakfast had very limited options and the food was not up to the mark at all. The only best thing about the hotel was the roof cafe which looks stunning, although i didnt try anything from there as i tested the breakfast menus which werent great and didnt veture the food. Overall, as mentioned earlier, the problem was with the management and staff working their, the physical asset may only satisfy the customer to a degree, but it is the people who make a big difference. This is a very professional review and nothing personal. Im sure with such feedback the hotel management will improve so that tourists can enjoy their stay.

I had a relaxing stay at the Ramada, the hotel location is in a great location. Its difficult to find at first because its in a secluded lane of thamel streets, but once you are at the hotel, your stay is relaxing, cozy, with good food and atmosphere. The roof view is an addon to the evening picturesque of katmandu city.

It is one of the best hotels in kathmandu for a stay. Very professional, polite and cultural staff with beautiful welcoming nepali greetings. Good rooftop restaurant, and they serve a very good breakfast. In close proximity to major shopping and restaurants in the area. Overall, its the best place to stay in nepal.

I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family. The hotel is nice, the rooms are clean, the staff is very polite, the service is good, and the food is delicious. The location is close to thamel market, shopping, indian restaurants and nightclubs. Its perfect for business and family stays, worth the price.

Lokasi hotel strategis, stafnya ramah, tempat tidurnya bagus, sarapannya variatif dengan makanan ramah anak dan Cina. Saya tidak memperbolehkan makanan luar untuk dimakan di kamar. Semut menyerbu makanan atau minuman yang dikonsumsi di kamar saat layanan kamar hotel.
