The rooms were clean and well maintained. No stains or smells. However, the vending machines were not stocked which was nice for late night snacking.

I was looking for a great place to take our kids, and this worked perfectly! Indoor water park across the street via enclosed bridge. Lots of slides and a large pool. Also, a water park playground with some more slides. The room was good, but we wanted one with a window, which they happily provided. Extra blankets and pillows were available by phone call. They provided a fan for white noise which was a huge help. The bed was comfortable, and i fell asleep quite quickly after chasing kids around the park. The heat worked great. The hotel wifi was the best ive ever experienced, the tv and two phones had no lag or buffering. The room included a fridge and a sunbeam single cup coffee maker. Vending machines are just down the hall. Just outside was a pizza machine, i didnt know it was a thing, but kida loved it. Every night in the indoor courtyard, a movie was played. There is ample free parking. Beyond friendly staff. The onsite restaurant was delicious. Wish we could have stayed longer! Definitely family friendly, easy to book, and i would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to crash and have things to do for kids no matter the weather.

We would definitely recommend it and stay again! The perfect place for a family of five! Its the perfect amount of space! We all felt very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful! If i had to give one recommendation, it would be to replace the mattresses as they werent too comfortable.

I have been visiting this hotel since my kids were young, and now i bring my grandchild and my big kids back for the first time. This past weekend. Excellent location close to everything, all the attractions are within walking distance. The hotel itself is older and yes, it needs some updating, but overall it is a great place. Our room was ready when we arrived a bit early, there were a few issues with our room, but they were quickly resolved! We would especially like to thank ian, the manager, for his kindness, the front desk, and their staff, especially amanda, for their excellent customer service skills. We will definitely be back there.

Very noisy all night. Beautiful view of the falls. Close to clifton hills. The water park was amazing. Clean and tidy. The ac didnt turn off.

The parking is confusing. Paid across the street. They advertise water park access at 1 pm. But they wont check you into your room before 4 pm. So not convenient. The water park was great. The rooms are what you expect. Walking distance is great for many activities.

If you dont bring your own towels to fallsview indoor waterpark, this hotel is ready for you. They were very helpful. They are also very reasonably priced. The beds are comfortable. Movie night is fun for the kids. Very helpful with their connection to the waterpark.

The hotel was spotless, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. Everything was excellent. Will most certainly return. The rooms were spotless, and the parking and housekeeping were excellent. Checkin and checkout were quick. If you are traveling with a large group, the courtyards are fantastic places to gather. Movie nights, and everything is close by.

The hotel is conveniently located near a water park and casino, making it convenient for accessing all the attractions in Niagara falls. The hotel is also very familyfriendly, and the parking is also reasonably priced. The decor and rooms are also quite outdated, making them unsuitable for technology, especially since they lack usb and usbc plugs. Additionally, there is no soundproofing provided. It is recommended to avoid eating the perkins breakfast, as it is more affordable and convenient to travel to lDoordash.

This hotel felt more like a spacious motel, but it was very clean and offered a welcoming family atmosphere. The communal sitting areas in front of the rooms provide a great opportunity to spend quality time with loved ones. Also, being connected to the water park adds a lot of convenience to the stay.

Spring break family fun package is a great deal. The room was clean and comfortable. Easy access to the water park and all main attractions including a 5 minute walk from the falls. The room walls seem a bit thin so sometimes you can hear neighbors or court yard kids hanging out. Quick and easy check in with very friendly staff!.

If you wait for checkin time to use the waterpark, it takes longer than expected. Its probably worth acquiring the passes in advance. There were just a lot of people arriving at once, so the personnel was excellent and working as quickly as they could. The courtyard room is a little noisy, but that is to be expected at a familyfriendly hotel. I would return.

Amazing location for families with children. Close access to the indoor water park. Children love the courtyard, especially at night. The staff is incredibly helpful. Ive been there several times and my kids still love to go and stay there.
