The hotel is very conveniently located if you are wanting a stop off whilst visiting Kopan Monastery which we were doing. The rooms are clean the staff are wonderful, friendly and very helpful. I would happily go to stay there even if I was not going to visit the Monastery.

All the ones working here are very friendly and speak very fluent English. The waiter is very helpful and works very hard. The meals are delicious and of reasonable price. Rooms are clean and you can request for a strong fan. Beds are of 5-star standard.

Very warm hospitality, excellent food and a lovely room with balcony (mountain view where I relaxed just reading and watching the goings on of the locals off the main streets). My itinerary changed so my 3-night stay was reduced to only 1 but I wish I could have stayed longer. I could imagine parking myself here for an extended time. If you'd rather be trekking, this is a good place to make arrangements. It gets chilly after sundown so pack your long underwear!

les propriétaires sont accueillants et dévoués, le problème est la poussière à l'extérieur de l'hôtel, c'est une règle générale à Katmandou mais cela devrait s'améliorer (d'ici un mois parait-il) car la route devrait être goudronnée

It felt like a home away from home. For solo travelers, this hotel is very safe and comfortable and attracts spiritual seekers on their way to retreats and such. I met a lot of good friends and had nice conversations. The owner and staff are the best people. The food is great and the rooms are spacious. I love the hotel and feel that it's in a special place near the Buddha stupa.

The hotel is in a very pleasant part of Boudhanathstupa, right in the middle of Kathmandu's big city. The location is excellent. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are tidy and the food is good. The service is good.

This makes you sleep correctly, which is vital in my opinion. The location of the hotel is convenient because it is near the Buddha stupa and sehen clinic, as well as the nearby monasteries. There is a pharmacy and a small, cute market as well. With all the care they give, both the personnel and the proprietors make you feel good. You can tell that they care a lot about their hotel to keep it neat and comfortable. The beds are good, and the rooms are roomy. Finding a proper mattress in a mid-class hotel in Kathmandu is not that difficult. Although bathrooms can be improved, you have your own, with hot water that is always there. The wifi is operating properly. There is a beautiful dining room and a meditation area available. The value of the rented inn is one of the best in the area, which I can summarize as being a native of Kathmandu. Enjoy it!.

I reserved this hotel on the basis of excellent reviews on tripAdvisor. The hotel is near Boudhanath stupa. The hotel is roughly ok in terms of quality matches the price we are paying. Mani, the manager we met at the time of check-in, was extremely helpful. He mentioned that we had booked a room with shared bathrooms when actually I had clearly stated at the time of booking that it was a private bathroom. Despite the confusion, he was kind enough to provide a room with a private bath. He also offered some helpful suggestions on places to eat etc. Our grouse was with the owner the next day, my. Ang sherpa. He appeared to be most uninterested and mildly rude in answering even our most basic questions, like how much a taxi fare to the bus stand or how much a bus ticket to O'hara cost. Maybe he was in a bad mood that day. Spoil our experience a little.

Friendly, helpful staff, simple homely touches in the room. The double room I had could do with a lick of paint but otherwise was spacious with a large sofa, and lockable wardrobe which I appreciated. The free toiletries stretched only to soap but there was gas- heated hot water for the shower at any time and the bed was comfortable. I’d stay here again and recommend it.

Good hotel location, close to Stupa. Breakfast was good, 2 eggs, toast, and tea/coffee. There is always hot water for showers. Internet was not so great, slow and sometimes stops. The front desk was helpful.
