This is a fantastic property that must be recommended. The staff is very polite and respectful. It is located inside the Kathmandu darbar square, aka hanuman dhoka, and the property is built in reclaimed wood. They also gave us tilak and malas hugs. We will stay here again when we visit kathmandus again. Also, the breakfast was delicious. There is one issue, but if you book on your own, its not that good to have cab connectivity to this location. But this is an acceptable tradeoff for such i had such an amazing stay.

The place has a cozy, traditional atmosphere. It is immaculately maintained. The staff is extremely friendly. There is hot water available 24x7 and he also provides utensils for the room. Excellent authentic nepal food options are available. Each one tastes like home.

The liquor is sold by the shot, very powerful. After, the atmosphere in this traditional newari building is very good. Later on, we ordered a set with chicken and variety of newori style food, it was very tasty.

I give a 5 out of 5. The staff is amazing! Like wowza! Very helpful and kind, and when i was in easiness to check in to make it to an appointment, they were just incredibly accommodating. They helped me get to my appointment on time. Even if there is no air conditioning, there are fans. It was cool enough in September. I kept the two windows open at night and found them to be fairly open. No bath towel. There was only bottled water, which was strange. By Nepali standards, the restroom appeared to only have hot water during the day. A mouse ran directly under my feet while awaiting my food. About three minutes later, it crossed the room again. In broad daylight, im in the middle of the week. That undoubtedly made me question the cleanliness! I still ate my meal when it came, but ive found myself picking up many pieces of cartilage out from my mouth,which was quite disgusting and showed me that the meat was of poor quality. Also, wine is simply extremely sweet garbage and excessively expensive. Avoid it.

The hotel is very nice. The best part is the attitude of the hotel staff. Very friendly staff, nice feel and nice interior. Inside the restaurant is pretty good. Everything is nice in this place. Its close to basantpur darbar square. You can walk there. I love it.

I had the best experience at dwarika chhen a homestay and b&b. The warm and friendly owners and staff, the charming traditional setting,the intimate atmosphere, and the genuine newari experience all contributed to an unforgettable stay experience.

This place is located outside the square. The building that was built after the earthquake is beautiful. It has a beautiful view. I love the coffee.

This place is located on the Kathmandu durbar square area, which is a world heritage site. The rooms are decorated in nepalese traditional style. Friendly staff with good hospitality. Food is very tasty.

The location is also good, close to historical places and many other places to shop and eat nearby. Awful experience. Nearby religious temples and about 6 km to thamel, bhrikuti mandap, and pashupatinath approx 5 km.

I stayed at this hotel for a few nights and would recommend it to anyone looking for authenticity, peace, comfort, and good food at reasonable prices. The tenants are familly who welcomed me as if i were their own and have lots of good advice to give you. Ask them anything and they will be happy to help you and guide you to make your trip unforgettable. Hotel is old house located right by durbar square and you can really feel the city vibes. I have traveled to many countries and among all the hostels and other facilities ive slept in, ill rank it one of the best 5 ives ever seen. Try it for one night and he will probably stay longer.

The restaurant dwarika was fantastic. Excellent service, delectable local cuisine, and an amazing atmosphere. The personnel were really kind and modest. Sajina in particular was outstanding. She even assisted me when i left the restaurant while assisting me in a wheelchair.
