The rooms are comfortable, but they are quite small and seem worn out. Our tv set stopped working the second night due to a damaged cable end. The service is good, however i find it irksome that the reception closes at 21.00. Everything is quite clean and the location is pretty unbeatable, as is the price, so if you are just looking for nappy place to sleep, look no further, this is unbeaten.

When we arrived, it was raining, so we arrived well before check-in, and we were able to leave our belongings there. The staff had left our belongings in our lovely room when we returned to check in. The entire personnel was helpful. Our room was nice, spacious, and had a beautiful view. It was also peaceful. I liked that I had a kettle and that there were places to hang our coats and dresses. The shower was ideal, and the bed was cozy. Additionally, there was a lovely park to stroll through.

This place has a quiet and amazing atmosphere, yet its still conveniently close to major transit lines. The staff is friendly and helpful. They serve tastiest breakfast at reasonable prices. Although the rooms are small, they are in line with the norm for Amsterdam. However, there is sanitizing chemicals that left stains on the room, particularly in the bathroom. I will take that over the alternatives given the buildings age. Wouldnt hesitate to return.

My parents had their reservation canceled by another hotel, and they found it here. The hotel was fully booked, but Adam and his team helped them find a place for them. I wanted to express my gratitude for this comment. They are truly wonderful people.

In the summer of 2023, we stayed at this hotel. The room was clean, but there was no kettle in the room to make coffee or tea even somewhere around because the hotel was being renovated. Location is very grateful for the huge vondelpark which is beautiful. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. I can recommend this place at all.

This hotel is a great value for the money. I had savored my stay and had no complaints about registration. Then, i would definitely stay here again, except in the summer because there is no air conditioning. After, this hotel has nice facilities, comfortable rooms, helpful, kind staff, and incredibly good location near the tram, museums, or the vandal park, all within walking distance.

I highly recommend this hotel for your next trip to amsterdam, extra praise for the wonderful staff. Excellent overall experience! My husband and i reserved this location for a threenight stay, and it was flawless. The bed, room, bathroom, were all spotless, with an exceptional staff on staff who were extremely kind and welcoming. We were able to rent bikes directly from the hotel, while they kept our luggage after we checked out so we could enjoy the day. It is also conveniently located near Vondel park, which is in incredibly convenient location!

The rooms are comfortable and clean, as youd expect for a hotel of this caliber, but there is nothing to complain about. The staff is very friendly and willing to help. Although it is tucked away from the usual travel routes, the location is peaceful and easy to find with spotting if you use utmost caution. As it was our anniversary trip, we even made preparing idylvania as ketchup, which was incredibly nice and added opulence. For those who are so inclined, bike rentals are available on site, not team connections are only minutes away. My stay here has been worth every penny, and maybe even more!.

When we got there, it was pouring, and we arrived well before check-in, so we were able to leave our bags there. The staff quickly removed our bags in our beautiful room when we returned to check in. The entire staff was helpful. Our room was lovely and spacious, with a nice view. It was also peaceful. I liked the fact that I had a kettle and that there were places to hang our coats and dresses. The shower was ideal, and the bed was cozy. There was also a lovely park to stroll through.

The location is great, walking distance from many attractions. The staff are some of the nicest people ever! The rooms are a little small, but have great views. I will say the breakfast is small but there are many places to eat nearby. It is also one of only hotels with an elevator which is very important! Very comfortable and i recommend this hotel!.

It takes about 30 to 40 minutes to walk to the down town area, which is advisable to take public transportation. The only issue we encountered was that the bathroom was chilly. We had incredibly large stroller, so the hotel allowed us to store it at the entrance. However, it is important to note that both the elevator and hallways are quite small. Good value for the money, far better than i had anticipated from etsy central european hotels.

The rooms are much more spacious by amsterdam standards. There is also a lift. A peaceful setting, ideal for families, and close to museums, cafes, trams and tram stations.
