I first saw a full lobby with four employees talking loudly without distance or masks as I entered. The receptionist didn't respond to me or greet me, starting with you want to check in. During checking, she had to shout twice more that her coworkers needed to shut up and.. they didn't. That's a bad start, i believe. When I entered my room, there was a restaurant table set with blankets and full utensils. really nice. The table was set again on my second night. All meals were taken away as required by the government and were not awful at all. Although there was lime and soap residue in the bathroom, the room was fairly clean. But, I've worked in hotels before and this room was above standard when I know how cleaning is done. No complaints, the woman did her best. The room is big and luxurious. The hotel is located in a very bad industrial area so please don't bring your children here. The room has a view of some big box stores and a large concrete pavement parking lot without a single tree. However, within 15 minutes you are on the brunssumerheide or valkenburg, so the location is great if you have a car. Last point in 3 days: I have not seen a single person wearing their mask right. The cleanliness of this hotel was good with its calm vibe. We had an apartment on the first floor. They also provide saunas and 4 fitness machines for guests. The food was good and the restaurant looks good. The area around the hotel is industrial, there is an amusement center with arcades, movies, sports and restaurants close by.

This hotel is strategically located near the Amusement Center and the commercial area too. They serve a variety of cuisine. They have sauna and four Fitness machines available for guests. The hotel is well-maintained, very quiet, and tidy rooms. We rented an apartment on the second level.
