Everything was clean. Amazing location. Only thing that was a problem was that the shower floods the bathroom a little bit but I would still stay there again.

Wonderful place to stay in Amsterdam! Walking distance from the main train station. Our room looked out over one of the canals. Clean, comfortable and convenient, and a cappuccino machine in the lobby available 24/7!

Hotel and staff were great. They have a refrigerator to store your purchased cheese, there is no fridge in the rooms. It would be nice if they had travel size shampoo and conditioner. Our room, #5, has a nice view of the canal.

Hôtel bien situé.. près de la gare 10 minutes à pied.. beaucoup de resto autour.. près des centres d’intérêts..tout se fait à pied.. chambre petite mais confortable.. nous avons adoré notre chambre vue sur le canal..115.. fenêtre ouverte on se sent comme sur une terrasse.. le canal, la gare.. vue magnifique..café instant dans la chambre ou café machine à la réception..

We took the Eurostar train from London to Amsterdam for a 1.5 day trip in Amsterdam and the countryside and stayed overnight at the CC Hotel. The hotel is only a 10 min walk from the Amsterdam Centraal station and with many restaurants around, made it a convenient location to stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke English well. The room was clean, seemed fairly new, and surprisingly not noisy despite its proximity to the bustling Amsterdam streets. The bathroom was a bit small compared to American standards, but is likely the way of life in Europe, as British, French, Italian, and Swiss bathrooms are similar. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Amsterdam.

I had the oddest upgrade to a canal view room that was literally on the same level as the canal. I could feel the vibration of the tour boat engines and all the neon lights of the centrum canal were right out the window. There were black out curtains though so I could sleep - the bed was comfy. As bizarre as that was, the room was just fine for what I needed. Super convenient to the train station and right in the heart of the bustle of Centrum Amsterdam. The staff was nice as well. A no frills stay for the right price.

The hotel is right in the mix of things, large crowds on the street at night, noisy outside, but perfectly quiet inside... so quiet I forgot to put my unusual earplugs in. I had a room facing the water, which turned out to be just a foot or two above it. Beautiful! Highly recommend.

Certainly an individual hotel in an individual building, especially if you are used to 'big chain' groups. Quirky with truly welcoming friendly staff. Loved the idea to allow guests to pop down to reception with their cup and choose a hot drink from the dispenser, although you also have the usual room kettle with sachets of coffee, tea etc. 24/7 reception staff. My room, although compact (I did choose a small double room) was really quiet, the bed so comfortable I managed to oversleep one day (I must get a louder alarm). I chose the room which overlooked the canal basin, very interesting to watch particularly when it became dark. The hotel is right on the edge of the 'red light' district, again makes it easy to just walk out and sightsee. I made a suggestion about a 'tweek' for the shower cubicle and the man on reception agreed it should be passed on to their buildings manager - when I return (and I hope I will) it'll be interesting to see if they have done it also I hope it does work!! Thank you all for making my stay so enjoyable.
