I have stayed here a number of times, why do I return ?, because it's very central location only a few minutes walk from the central station is so convenient, it is close to late night music venues etc., it is somewhat basic, but is very clean and the staff are helpful. One word of warning, the very steep stairs may not suit older or less energetic visitors, but this is typical of many hotels in the area.

I had a room on 4th floor, no lift so if that's an issue I suggest contacting before booking to arrange lower floor, but I think due to this room is super quiet and I had a great nights sleep in the hearth of Amsterdam. Room was basic but clean and staff very nice and friendly, had a great stay thank you!
