Overall, i would recommend and stay at this historic hotel. The location of this hotel, which is right next to the royal palace on a relatively quiet street in comparison to other streets in the old town area, is excellent. It was essentially sized, with everything you could possibly need. Although the bathroom was slightly smaller than ive liked, the shower was spacious. While ill be staying there, they were quick to inform you that it did occasionally fail and that all they can offer you is savoring if you really need air conditioning!.

I would stay there again when i return to amsterdam. The staff went above and beyond to make our group feel at ease, including allowing us to check into our rooms early after a long flight, helping arrange dozens of tours, and booking us an airport shuttle. It really helped our vacation get off on the right foot! I really appreciated how they went out of their way to help our party feel comfortable.

Overall, this property is excellent, with comfortable rooms, excellent service, and an equally excellent location. For those who wish to stay in, the onsite restaurant and bar are a good option. If you want to explore nearby, there are many local shops, restaurants, or cafes nearby. The value of services was excellent for the price paid.

My daughters 18 were the 6 of the family who stayed here. The staff was excellent, very happy, and helpful, they couldnt do enough for us. Great location and immaculate rooms. I would definitely stay here again if i went back to the dam. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

We had a great time staying at this lovely and cozy hotel. The location is excellent, most attractions are within ten to fifteen minutes walk away, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, smiling, or even more. All you need for sanitizing your stay were carefully considered and prepared in the exquisitely decorated room. Colin, the restaurant manager, made every meal with amiable warmth. Everyone paid close attention to making sure we had an enjoyable time. We heartily endorse it, but we will undoubtedly choose it again.

If you are visiting the city for the first time, i highly recommend staying at this hotel! I cannot express how wonderful our stay at that hotel was. It was simply magical. We thoroughly enjoyed the sights and sounds of the metropolis, and the balcony rooms view made it very romantic. The personnel were attentive, courteous, or extremely helpful! Elvis and karim looked after us even before we arrived!.

This hotel is not a fourstar establishment. At best, i would rate it 2.5 stars, but it is still in the process of being upgraded. Our room was so small that you couldnt walk around the bed without turning sideways. The pillows were like cinders and the mattress was extremely firm. You would flush someone above us whenever they flushed above ours because the sewer line ran next to the wall by the beds. Even with all the lights on, the room felt very dark. Around the bottom edges, there was some cleaning needed to be done in order for the shower to work properly. There was chipped paint on the trim. No tables or shelves next door to place bottled water or your phone. Not incredibly comfortable or great room. A pricey hotel with very little value! The location is excellent. Thats the best part.

My companion and i stayed there for ten days. I requested a twobedroom apartment, but luckily he gave me one bed for two people. It wasnt causing any problems, just addressing merely one minor issue. The breakfast was almost typical, and the staffs friendliness was commendable. While it may be pricier, if you can handle it, its heavenly to go there.

I cant say enough good things about this hotel. The location is strategic, the rooms are immaculately clean, and the staff is all very kind and friendly. Every morning, they clean the room and have high cleaning standards. This is my first time staying at this place and i can confidently say that ill stay with these guys again. Best hotel ive ever stayed in while visiting holland. Location is key, right next to dam square.

The hotel is excellent, and the room has a view of the main street. The secondold bar, the heineken bar next door, is stunning. Food at the restaurant was reasonably priced. Central station is only ten minutes away from this place.

The hotel was excellent! It was conveniently located. Everything is within a 10minute walk or tenminute tram ride away, making it simple to get around. One is directly outside the hotel, and another is merely stepping away. The center of amsterdam is only 10 minutes away from this location. Two people could easily unwind in the spacious rooms after sweltering days in this place. There was delicious food. I would return to stay here!.

Die port van cleve is a lovely hotel with spacious rooms. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. We were pleased that our room was available when we arrived at 8 am after soaring flight. Ercan, the receptionist, even upgraded our accommodation, which was pleasantly surprised, leading to resizing it into idy. It was clean and spacious. Although we didnt dine at the hotels restaurant, they did offer us two vouchers for credit towards lunch, dining, and drinks. Additionally, we received u. A tourist guide with local attractions, who was very helpful in providing us with information on the area. Reading the book about the hotel in the room made it fascinating. This is the kind of hotel you would want to stay in to experience the true Amsterdam vibe. Also, its in an ideal location for walking to any attractions in town. Well return for our next visit. Five stars across the board.

The building is stunning. Fantastic hotel, we stayed for our new years eve holiday and the staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. They dont have any problems at all. I had a good nights sleep while we were at the front of the building, but my partner wished i had brought earplugs.

A fantastic hotel in a prime location. It is only 10 minutes from the train station, in front of taverns, and just behind the dam! The hotel staff was very kind and helpful, the rooms were lovely.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and have been back twice since then. Love this hotel. Great, friendly staff, location in the center of everything. Dam square is just a few steps away across the street. Trams are very close to anywhere in town. Cant wait to return in early November again. Already booked.

This building is old, but the rooms are clean and tidy. In a great location just off the dam. The restaurant downstairs is great for people watching if you get idyllic table windows.

I am excited to return! The entrance is quite easy to find, right in the heart of the city center. Excellent location! I only ate a beer, which was lovely, and i only had reserved the room. Very modern, beautifully painted, with nice decor throughout the restaurant and bar area. The outdated televisions in your hotel rooms are my only complaint. It was disappointing, to put it mildly, that youd expect to get tv with more than one english channel for the price you pay. Good atmosphere, everyone seemed happy, overall. Cleanliness - Very clean and tidy, including the toilets, there is nothing to complain about. For two nights, it cost about ps 291, or roughly the same for its location. Customer service recomended everything you needed, all staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I left with effervescence. Overall, 9 out of 10.
