If you want to explore the city center, this is a great budget hotel. The rooms are clean and tidy, the staff is friendly, and everything is right outside your door.

I also recommend the coffee shop next to the hotel. The room is small and has tall stairs, but for the price, its definitely worth it, 5 minutes from central station and dam square. 10 seconds from one of the best restaurants in adam.

9 years ago, my wife and i stayed for 4 days. At first, we didnt understand its location, but when we discovered how close it was to dam square, our surprise was. The rooms were immaculate and wellkept. When we first arrived, the receptionist gave us a lot of information about the city map and places to visit. During our stay, both the price and the cost were very reasonable, im not sure how much now, however, if we want to return, maybe it hasnt increased too much.

The location is a short walk from the train station and ideally located for carrying luggage. The rooms are clean and well maintained and the location ideal for an Amsterdam visit. We have stayed here several times and are happy with everything.

We chose this hotel because of its excellent location and quirky room decor. We werent happy with room 219, which was just a grey box. When we asked for reschedule, we were glad to be accommodated, and it turned out to have been fantastic. The staff is polite and extremely efficient. Both of the rooms were spotless. Its in i great location. From the airport, you can take the train in and walk to or from the railway station in 5 to 10 minutes. Very handy for transportation around the city. Coffee is served at the cafe downstairs. Will undoubtedly return.

I stayed here for two days just before the holidays in 2023. I was on the second floor and you have to take two elevators to get there. Its a classic funky amsterdam building with very small rooms that were converted into hotel rooms. The room itself was nice and the bathroom was very large. Given that they call themselves tavern hotels, the decoration was interesting. There is also id like to try some pastries, but very basic pasties like croissants. Right on main drag from central station.

The location is perfect, on damrak street, 5 minutes walk to the centraal. The room was spacious enough and always clean. Checkin and checkout was easy. They paid attention to our requests. Staff were happy and helpful. There are no bad things to say.

The room was ideal for us because it was right in the center of the action. It is tastefully decorated, and it has a great bathroom. Because it had been placed on the main street, our room became very noisy with passersby talking, but we were fine with that. I heartily endorse this hotel.

Menginap pada bulan November 2023, kamar sangat gelap dan tidak terlalu bersih. Ada banyak debu dan meja sangat lengket. Kamar juga jauh lebih kecil dari yang diharapkan. Saya memesan suite King. Balkon adalah tambahan yang bagus tetapi ubin lantainya longgar dan air terciprat di setiap langkah. Lokasi yang bagus.

The rooms are very small. There is no closet for clothes and there are no bedsides. In the bathroom there is a shower cabin, after showering floor and the toilet items get wet. However, the location is very central. Also the room is clean, just special thanks to the housekeeping staff.

Ideal for a stay in the heart of the city. Interesting boutique hotel located in an area of interest. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Cafe on the ground floor offers good value coffee, snacks and pastries.

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The location is great, central to most things or there arent many walking distance to places further away. Overall, it was just a place to sleep so it felt great to be somewhere where it wasnt difficult to find everything. Our first room was very dark and didnt have sconces and felt very cramped so we asked if we could be moved, and the staff was really helpful and moved us to irrational. Rooms are very small and expensive for what we had, but amsterdam is very expensive so thats what he expected.
