Honestly, the quality of the rooms is on a whole other level. The staff was wonderful. The restaurant, well simply amazing. It’s only con (which may be a pro to some people) is that you are literally on Dam Square. So it’s busy, very busy. Other than that, no notes!

I have been visiting Amsterdam for years and when traveling, i always look for the best hotels to stay in. After doing many of the luxury and custom hotels in the dam, a good friend recommended this one. This hotel is at the pinnacle of dam luxury. The service is exceptional. The rooms are exquisite. The location is perfect. Pricing is fair and the uniqueness is miles apart. This will now be my go to hotel when in the dam and i highly recommend staying here. If you do stay, make sure to taste the food.

We stayed in the stage suite, which is very unique and great. This is our second time staying at this hotel and we love it. We stayed at the W which was terrible and it is great to find a hotel that meets the standards of the four seasons. In Amsterdam. The rooms have a very special design and there are many small touches that set this hotel apart from others. They have a dyson hair dryer, steam showers and jacuzzis. The service on this second trip was even better than the first and if you are used to the worlds best hotels, you will be fine here.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the most delightful hotel during our vacation, and it exceeded all of our expectations in every way. We knew we had chosen the ideal location for our stay the moment we stepped into the lobby. The warm and welcoming welcome to the hotel made it obvious that it was lgbtq friendly. The room we stayed in was simply amazing it felt more like an opulent apartment than a typical hotel room. Spacious, tastefully decorated, and equipped with topnotch amenities, it provided the ideal balance of comfort and elegance. The attention to detail in the design and layout of the room, including our room, was impressive, and we immediately felt at ease as if we were in our own private oasis. One thing that truly stood out to us was the impeccable cleanliness of the entire hotel, including our room. The housekeeping staff did a great job of maintaining a clean environment throughout our stay, which contributed to the overall sense of luxury and comfort. Dining at the hotel restaurant was a real treat! One of the highlights of our stay was the culinary experience. The menu offered a variety of delicious dishes, and each plate was prepared to perfection. We savored every bite while enjoying the elegant atmosphere and attentive service provided by the restaurant staff. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was unforgettable. From the front desk staff to the restaurant servers and housekeeping staff, every member of the team treated us with genuine warmth and hospitality. They were not only attentive to our needs but also took the time to engage in friendly conversations, making us feel like part of their extended family. Speaking of amenities, the room was equipped with everything we could have possibly wanted and more. Attention to detail extended to the inroom amenities, which included modern appliances, comfortable furniture and a wellstocked minibar. One of the coolest hotels we have ever stayed in. Our suite was amazing, and the food was exceptional. Without a doubt, one of the best tasting menus we have ever had, and the tasting breakfast is a musthave experience.
