I spent 2 nights here and was impressed, surprisingly so given the previous bad reviews. The building is well designed and kept up and the staff are all nice and professional. Breakfasts are continental, but evening meals were great.

It was a business meeting I stayed here. The staff took care of us and everything was well planned. The food was great, the meeting place was great and the bed room was enough for me and good value for money. At the end of my stay they organized a party that we enjoyed being part of and helped find a good offer for Amsterdam Airport drop off.

The hotel's main areas have been refurbished and look upscale and trendy. It offers a sizable space. We were given a twin room on the ground level next to the parking lot, which required you to keep your drapes closed at all times to prevent any guests looking into your room, since there were only about 1520 visitors there. The rooms are rather basic and contrasted with the appearance and feel of the standard areas. The accommodations are immaculate and furnished with a bed, water cooker, shower, and toilet. Additionally, the walls are extremely thin. We could actually hear the discussion in the next room. The drapes do not close very well, so the room is completely lit. To be honest, I would have slept to sleep for quite some time. The hotel has a lot of guests who dine and eat there, but sleeping guests are charged 8, 50.

My mother didn't have much time because of her father's health and corona's conditions. So I took her to this nearby hotel to re-enter a place she frequently toured while she was young. What a pleasant receipt at the front desk. Laughing. They gave us a ground-floor room because she was unable to walk very well. What a lovely gesture! Furthermore, the brewery provided me, a smoker, with a warmer spot to deal with my addiction. So far, so good. After dinner, we wanted to remain in our room. Eat some snacks and enjoy a martini of good quality Belgian beer. The receptionist was quite honest and informed me that there was a 5 euro fee for bringing. I made my own way. However, all of the displays snacks were gone. It is absurd to suggest going to the nearest supermarket. It is your hotel and your responsibility. Send someone there! At breakfast in the morning, a large line waited for the only coffee and tea maker. Why not two or three? I know affordable hostels with this. To wrap things up, the dearest staff. But no vision. No leadership. Fire the manager, assuming there is one, and locate a competent one next time. A seven by now! For the moment, it's a little 7.
