The hotel is close to the metro and there are several bus stops with restaurants and shops nearby. The reception staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room service was slow, i waited 45 minutes for a salad, but the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Excellent service and a very customercentric approach, which Jack helped us with during our stay. Ideal location to explore the city as well as the fantastic new restaurant and bar on one of the top floors. Will return.

In early June 2023, we stayed for a week, intending to use Amsterdam as our home base and take upcoming side trips to neighboring towns. We would recommend this location as if it were merely sanitizing, and we were really pleased with the breakfast buffet. Although outside of the city center, the location was convenient because it offered access to the metro, trams, or regional trains, all within ten minutes of walking. Even the airport was easily accessible by utilizing tv speed trains in less than ensuing minutes. The only thing we didnt like about was the lack of attention provided by the lobby bar, which was particularly at reception and was cheerful and efficient.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the main metro and train hub, 20 minutes from the airport and 20 mins straight from downtown. The atmosphere is very good throughout the hotel. We stayed at the townhouse, which has incredibly beautiful views. Very comfortable, clean, and surprisingly quiet. Breakfast is delicious. Be careful with drinks in the skybar, as returning to your room may be challenging. Marco, the manager of the hotels, was also very helpful. Overall 5 of 5.

The metro is easily accessible on foot from this excellent location. The central station is only 15 minutes away (4 stops away. Three small juices, one small still, and one little sparkling water were all included in the complimentary minibar that was restocked every day. My only observation is that they offered twoinone conditioning shampoo in place of a separate shampoo and conditioner. It was somewhat too dry. Something to keep in mind.

I spent one day in holland and chose to stay here for one night. Even though i had to wait too long to complete it and missed it, the ability to check in via the melia app was quite convenient. But dont worry, because a wonderful time was being checked in at the front desk. The front counter personnel were really helpful and friendly. It was wonderful to come in because of my lengthy journey of travel. For the holidays, there was sanitized and tastefully decorated lobby of the location. My room was equally excellent and spotless as well. There was shampoo and body wash with eucalyptus and peppermint in it for use in the shower, which was fantastic! I had no trouble sleeping because the bed was so cozy. In addition to other amenities like commodes, slippers, hair dryer, and robes were all provided in this fridges small minibar that was supplied. If ive ever returned to amsterdam again, ill most certainly stay there again!.

The hotel is quite new and wellmaintained. Breakfast was delicious (though it costs 22 euros! ), but the rates for the stay were okay, and the minibar was always free and filled daily, which was great.

The hotel is brand new and spotless. The 11th floor offers an amazing view. Easy checkin and a really nice looking hotel. It is close to the metro (amsterdam zuid) and the central station 5 stops away. A fantastic hotel and an excellent find. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Breakfast is pricier, but the roof bar and restaurant are simply delicious. Will undoubtedly return.

I will without a doubt suggest this hotel for upcoming city trips to amsterdam! The hotel was conveniently located near the train station, the airport, and the metro and tram to the city center. The personnel were helpful and polite. It was spotless! In the morning or before going exploring the area, having nespresso coffee in the room was incredibly convenient! It wasnt cold in our room. On the second day, we requested another blanket, but it was preferable to sleep without being cold all night afterward. We left at the end of december, which is perhaps why the temperature inside the apartment was so cold.

We chose this hotel primarily because of its proximity to the train station. This was a good choice because it rained most of the time we were in Amsterdam for two days! The room and breakfast restaurant were great.
