Everything was to our expectations. The checkin was swift, the room was perfect. The personal in the reception was quite helpful. There is a pool on the top floor, for those who are not in the streets of Utrecht. The location is perfect - just a minute from the train station, while on the walking distance from the old city with canals and restaurants. There is also a pretty large shopping mall just next door. Last day, we took taxi to the airport, because we had lots of luggage. The personal helped with storing the luggage, just as you would expect.... Price/performance is excellent. Highly recommend!

Wonderful room, with an extra room for the kids (with 2 beds and a shower). The room is spacious, and the pool is great. Really near the Utrecht Centraal and the old city.

Air conditioning and pool meant it was a great escape from an overheated flat, and a room overlooking the train station was incredible.

The room was very clean and modern. Quite spacious with a small refrigerator. Breakfast was very good with some hot and cold selections. The main negative issue was the fact that you have to park at the mall next door. The nearest lot is P4. I parked in P5. I thought the under ground lots would all be connected. They are not. This meant we had to move all our suitcases and other things through the mall. And one critical elevator up from the garage wasn't working so we had to use the escalator. There's no loading zone in front of the hotel either.

Men rekommenderas absolut!

My wife and I stayed here two nights and would definitely recommend this hotel if you're needing something close to public transportation in Utrecht. It's right next to Utrecht Centraal and a huge mall. It was about a 10-15 minute walk to Oudegracht which is filled with shops and restaurants. We also walked to the Vredenburg Market held on Thursdays. The property was clean and quiet despite construction going on across the street. The spa tub in the room was a nice way to relax after a long day. We used Utrecht as a jumping off point to Amersfoort and Gouda. Both were about 20 minute train rides away. The staff was very welcoming and always said hello when we were coming or going.
