The checkin process was efficient and pleasant. I had to purchase an additional usa american electrical adapter after arriving because, even though i had remembered to bring one, ive forgotten that he needed two! At the front desk, you could purchase one. The bed was really cozy. Breakfasts were delicious and offered a wide variety. Every day, we enjoyed soaking in the downstairs pool. Since the hotel has tastier pools than my usual gym at home, the pool was longer than most hotel pools and fully met our needs. In the evenings, when opulent drinks were served after countless meetings, it was ideal. Although the room was shorter than in my typical gym back home but more spacious than many hotel swimming pools, its still better than other hotels. After completing dozens of meetings in this hotel, there was ambiance in addition to enjoying the hotels bar. Friendly and attentive bar staff. It was particularly appealing to me that the motel is environmentally responsible. Even though some rooms were cleaned and linen changed, im still able to go for the entire week without having to change them. My front counter personnel always gave me recompense. Checkout was also very quick. To put it briefly, my oneweek visit was fantastic, and if ill return to the Hague in future, leonardo royal will be my hotel.

My mother and i recently spent her final weekend with me before returning to aruba, and it was truly amazing. We were delighted by the warmth and friendliness of everyone we encountered. My mom particularly appreciated matthias excellent service in explaining the menu and the attentive care provided by natalia and Nikolai. As someone who values cleanliness, my mother was very impressed with the impeccable condition of our room. It exceeded her expectations, she couldnt find a single fault to mention about the hotel. Thank you for providing such euphoric experience for us.

The employees are always courteous. The wellness area is open until 11 p. M. I did report one small problem, a malfunctioning light bulb and dead batteries in the remote controller, nothing extraordinary. However, when i returned to my room, there was he found tastier present for me and rediscovered envelops. They are consistently very kind.

The hotel boasts a prime location, with spacious rooms (note that guests should request room service by hanging out the sign! ), and excellent breakfast and dinner options. The leisure facilities and staff, as well as the receptionists, were exceptional. However, be careful with the key cards as they may lose their memory.

This is our third visit in a year and he has been the second. We were not happy with the breakfast in the morning, but this is now our 3rd trip. It was the most amazing breakfast we have ever had. Much better and we will definitely go back there again and again, thank you to all the staff.
