Very impressed with this hotel and especially its staff. They took care to tell us about the area and made suggestions of what to see in the short time we were there. They even welcomed you with a glass of champagne!

It was my birthday when I at this hotel. When I got back from dinner, they put a bunch of balloons on my bed, and gave me a free bottle of cava. I highly recommend this hotel.

Super helpful front desk staff, the welcome drink was a very nice touch in the heatwave. Breakfast was decent and I liked that it was available for extended hours. The location was a decent walk from Central station and close enough to walk to other sites. Also close enough to tram stops if you don't want to walk. The best parts of our stay were the excellent air conditioning in the rooms and how quiet it was. Usually in hotels you can hear people above you and in the hallways slamming doors but we heard nothing which was amazing.

Have been coming to Amsterdam and one of the better Hotels that Ive stayed at. Staff were excellent. Hotel was a 20 minute walk to great restaurants and center of attraction.

Excellent hotel in a great location, within walking distance of all the key tourist spots in Amsterdam. Staff were brilliant and we really appreciated the welcome including a free drink and overview of the area and a map.

This was a really nice hotel located about a 5 minute walk from the Waterlooplein Metro station. It was nice to be in a quieter spot but still be able to easily walk to the busy areas. The canal view was nice and the room was very comfortable for a family of four. There’s also an Albert Heijn supermarket within a few minutes walk which was very handy for buying soda and snacks. Would recommend this hotel for traveling with your family and looking for somewhere central but quiet.

We enjoyed the location- walking distance to several good spots. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We forgot something in the room when we checked out, and they contacted us immediately, so we were able to pick it up before we left the area. Overall, very satisfied with our stay.

Excellent service and handy location. They even through in a free breakfast when they realised we had a five night booking. It was a little further from Central station than we had thought and several minutes walk to public transport option. Staff were extra welcoming and friendly
