We have stayed at many hotels, but Mövenpick Hotel is by far the best we've experienced so far. The staff responded promptly to every message we sent, providing excellent 24/7 assistance and always being accommodating. The food was delicious, and when I requested a room with a nice view, they kindly gave us one overlooking the city centre, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I honestly have nothing negative to say about this hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and exceptional stay.

This was the perfect spot to stay before a cruise. Easy to walk to central station. A five minute (or less) walk to the cruise terminal. Very helpful. Nice sized rooms and appreciated the bottled water and mini fridge. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices and even an omelet station. We arrived early from the airport and we were able to get in our room immediately.

The Mövenpick Hotel Amsterdam City Centre was a great place to stay. It is within walking distance to the cruise ports, which makes it very convenient. We had a beautiful room that had a view of A'DAM Tower, Amsterdam Central Station and a lovely canal. The staff, rooms and breakfast were first class. If we were taking a cruise in Amsterdam, we would definitely stay here again!

It is a great location if you are embarking or disembarking on a cruise. However, it is a bit of a walk into the city (approximately 10-15 minutes). The reception area was very helpful in storing our luggage until the room was ready. The concierge was very helpful as well. When checking in, the receptionist said breakfast was included with our package and the restaurant opened at 7:00 AM. I told her we had to leave at 5:30 AM to catch our flight and she offered to have a box breakfast ready for us at 5:00 AM. I would stay here again.

The hotel was located in the ideal location for our cruise out of Amsterdam. It was literally next to the passenger terminal. It also was convenient for local Amsterdam attractions. The staff was lovely and attentive. The bar was great for a light bite and breakfast was plentiful with options for everyone.

Absolutely excellent hotel in Amsterdam. About a 15 to 20 minute walk from Centraal train station, it’s located right along the water and immediately adjacent to the cruise passenger embarcation point. It’s a large hotel, great views, modern decor, spotlessly, clean, great linens, and the breakfast is absolutely outstanding. Very, very extensive buffet with high-quality food and drinks. Absolutely the perfect spot to stay if you’re coming in and out on the train and or leaving or arriving from a river or Ocean Cruise.
