We booked a one-bedroom apartment during our stay. The room is spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we need. The lobby is beautiful and spotless clean. The view from the room is also very nice, allowing us to see quite a distance. The location is also very good for transportation to the center or to other cities. Staff is also very friendly and helpful. One drawback for us is there is no door to the bedroom. I have to do late night calls to the US while my husband is asleep, which affected his sleep. This will not be an issue for others. Also, the “air conditioning”will not go below 21 degrees Celsius. (We were there on some of the unusually hot days.) We were told the system is not air conditioning, rather some sort of climate control system. Anyway, we were comfortable on most nights but felt hot while sleeping on a few nights. Overall. we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Erinomainen sijainti keikkamatkalle, ystävällinen palvelu, huone vastasi täysin odotuksia. Sisäänkirjautumisen yhteydessä saadut skumpat ja suklaat ilahduttivat. Pientä säätöä avainkorttien toiminnan kanssa, mutta vastaanotosta tuli nopea ja yatävällinen apu. Voisin tulla uudestaan.

Quarto limpo na chegada, mas foi entregue uma cartilha com informações sobre limpeza que só é feita em estadias com mais de 7 noites. Eu fiquei 8 noites. De sábado a domingo. Nessa mesma cartilha informa que podemos escolher o dia da limpeza. Quando questionei a recepção, me informaram que seria na quarta. Mas na verdade só limparam sábado (e fui embora no dia seguinte). Na sexta, quando entraram pra retirar o lixo, deixaram uma toalha suja no chão do banheiro. Tirando a questão do serviço do quarto, o hotel é excelente. Super bem localizado, passa uma linha de tram na frente que vai pra parte histórica e turística da cidade, uma estação de metrô e trem super perto. E por ser uma área empresarial, tem muitas opções de restaurantes perto e mercados. A cama é muito confortável. Ficaria novamente.

Everything was as they mentioned online. The kitchen was fully equipped. The washing machine and dryer was working good. We had enough towels and if you needed more, you could just ask for more. The front office personnel was great very friendly and helpful. We had requested extra housekeeping which we could do for a small fee. I would definitely go back there.

We were very happy with our accommodation and would recommend it. The only issue is they should provide a broom for cleaning as the place is very dusty and they don’t provide cleaning services unless you pay extra!

Hotel is good . Accessible to Metro and tram. Only disappoint was , we have booked 5 - 2 bedrooms apartments and expected early check in for couple of apartments. I have requested before going there . Simple they entertain early check ins .

Friendly staff, nice and clean apartment. Easy parking, everything you need available in the apartment. Only thing was that the house cleaning was not cleaning to well, left the kitchen untouched. But everything else 5 stars
