I loved the 3rd floor room, which I called the penthouse! Not for everyone especially if they’re disabled or inebriated but I thought it was perfect!

This location was just amazing! It is centrally located to most all iconic landmarks & sights. The neighborhood was well lit, easily accessible and we felt very secure & safe. The Host/Receptionist’s could not have been nicer or any more accommodating to/for us. Always responds quickly & kindly and made us feel we had known them our entire lives. I would recommend this location for all these reasons & the fact it was extremely clean-spotless! The bedding, towels and amenities were above as described on their website. For so many more reasons that won’t allow here, I would recommend this to all my friends, Family and fellow Travelers! Thank you once again for an amazing experience! Todd & Becky (From Utah)

I was so scared to stay here when I saw the reviews but it was actually so lovely! First off the staff were the nicest most accommodating people ever, I only talked to two of the girls on reception and one of the cleaners but they were great! We had a room with a private bathroom and everything was perfect. The window was a bit had to open we had to put a bin under it to hold it but you have to recognise that it is an old building in Amsterdam. The hotel is also smack dab in the middle of where you want to be making it perfect! I would stay here again 100%
