Pengalaman kami di hotel yang bagus ini benar-benar luar biasa. Sangat direkomendasikan! Lokasi dan strukturnya sangat bagus, terlihat beberapa bangunan terhubung dengan perhatian penuh terhadap selera dan desainer, terletak lima menit berjalan kaki dari Alun-alun Dam atau hanya berjalan kaki singkat dari Stasiun Pusat. Di sekitarnya, terdapat tempat dan layanan penting, termasuk pasar. Kami menemukan staf yang sangat perhatian dan sopan. Proses check-in dan check-out sangat cepat. Kamar sangat luas dan dilengkapi dengan perabotan lengkap dengan tempat tidur yang sangat nyaman, pemandangan sebagian kanal dan sangat bersih. Sarapan memiliki banyak pilihan antara gurih dan manis. This place is a great place to rest and feel at home. The location is great and the rooms are very good with a complete breakfast. I will be back and recommend it. The decoration is very open and light. The hotel is perfect for walking around Amsterdam.

The best place ever to experience the warmth of Amsterdam. Paula was incredibly kind and attended to all of our needs and questions. A sumptuous breakfast and a peaceful, comfortable setting for working and relaxing! I wholeheartedly recommend this place!.

A lovely place to stay, very quiet inside. In the heart of town, so walking distance to many wonderful places for shopping and food. The only worry was being in the middle and lots of ubers would decline journeys at less convenient times (early mornings or nights). But when we were leaving to the airport, the reception knew of this and offered to call us a taxi as a last resort. Ordered room service once, a bit expensive but enjoyed the Dutch fish and chips. Would stay again!.

The room was professionally cleaned and inspected. The bedding and slippers were very comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Standard. Nothing extraordinary. Keeps you from starving. Good for business travelers to grab something quick or have a nice hot tea in the morning. If i was traveling leisurely, i wouldnt book breakfast. The coffee machine sometimes got damaged. Breakfast staff were friendly. Front office service could be much better. It seemed like there was only one manager who knew how to work at the front office, but he wasnt exactly friendly or willing to go the extra mile to be helpful. Although the rest of the staff were friendly, they always had to ask the manager how to do their job i.E. Check in took one hour even though i was the only person in the lobby. Perfect location.

The room and service were excellent. The location is fantastic, situated halfway along the royal mile. The staff were friendly, informative, and extremely helpful. The swimming pool was warm. Everything was clean throughout the room, including the facilities, which included everything you could possibly need.

The hotel staff team worked hard to make up for the minor hiccup at the beginning. A credit to the leadership of their management team. We had 6 rooms booked for my team - note the junior suites are far superior to the premium rooms - and the stay itself was largely uneven. Thats how it should be. The rooms were spacious enough to work in. The communal areas were clean, quiet, and thoughtfully designed. You could have small or mediumsized team huddles in the indoor garden area and the lounge seating area without the surroundings feeling intrusive. Overall a great hotel.

I spent three nights at the hotel radisson blu with my family. It was a very positive experience all around. The staff was helpful. Ricardo was knowledgeable and helped us have a positive experience throughout our stay. The rooms were tidy, welldesigned, and cleaned daily. The beds were cozy. I only wish free bottled water was refilled every day. The breakfast food was excellent and had a wide variety. The location was adequate. The metro station is about ten minutes walk away. The selfcheckin experience was not ideal. All of our rooms had to wait around 50 minutes. Some of the staff members were not as experienced as others. Nevertheless, it was a wonderful stay!.

The staff is amazing and very helpful. I travel too much to choose quality and thats what you see in this property. Of course these comments are on top of the amazing location, clean rooms and very nice atmosphere! Highly recommended to stay, will definitely be back!.

The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious, the location was great to be close to dam square, and there was plenty of food. I appreciated the water and snacks in the lobby every day. The tv in the room allowed us to stream from our phone, which was very convenient as we were streaming nfl. I highly recommend staying here, especially for the location.

The location is good, but the room feels tired and needs an update. There is only 1 reception staff, so you have to wait at least 10 minutes at the desk before being served.

We had a very relaxing stay in Amsterdam. The staff were very helpful and the hotel is within walking distance of all the great sights of Amsterdam. Our room had a few small issues but were quickly fixed. We had a canal view room, which is located in another building across the road but easy access. Very enjoyable stay, with a beautiful restaurant and great staff.

This hotel is in a great central location for business or pleasure, with friendly attentive staff and very clean and modern facilities. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast is okay and the bar is great to have a few drinks in the evening, reasonably priced for the hotel and location. The location of the hotel is very central and you are in the middle of Amsterdam as you leave the door so great in this regard.

Fasilitas kamarnya buruk (brankas harus diganti), kebersihannya kurang, rasio harga atau kinerjanya buruk, resepsionisnya cukup baik, tetapi ketika saya keluar, hampir tidak diperhatikan (uang sudah dikumpulkan penuh sebelumnya), parkir dengan kunci yang aneh. Sarapannya cukup enak, hanya lokasinya yang sempurna.
