We had a great time in Supper boutique hotel, staying in the art suite. The location of the hotel is extremely convenient, and you can easily walk to central Amsterdam or take the tram/metro to get around. The art suite itself is on the 3rd floor of the hotel, and the stairs are quite steep. Staff did not help carry luggage up these stairs. The shower was not as clean as I would have liked (a bit grimy on the edges and there was a slight odour). Staff were very welcoming on check in. During our stay, we did attempt to use the what’s-app AI chat-bot that they provided us for assistance with certain things, such as figuring out chromecast for the projector, or requesting new towels. It was not very helpful and we ended up having to go down to the front desk anyways to get what we needed. The suite itself has a very comfortable bed, a large bathroom area, a large living space and two balconies (one with canal views). The sofa in the living space was not very comfortable to sit on. The art concept in the room was very unique and made the stay worth the money. Overall, would recommend staying here, but be aware of some of the issues.

This hotel is on top of a night club so you can hear very loud beats until 2:30am. The staircase is dangerously steep and narrow and would not be good for anyone with mobility issues. Our room was not properly cleaned during our five day stay. That said, the room is stylish, the location is central, and the air con worked well.

This hotel has been the worst traveling experience I have had, there were 2 beds both infested with bugs, they were crawling on us as we tried to sleep, we were awake the entire night trying to clear them, we were trying to talk to the hotel but you only get to talk to a chatbot, that doesn’t forward the messages. There were spider webs in the toilet and behind the bed hasn’t been clean in a long time. Stay away from this place, unless you want to have bugs crawling in your ear while you sleep.
