I strongly recommend staying here! Sezane is extremely open to communication and provides detailed explanations for any questions or recommendations. From booking to checkout, sezane provided extremely comprehensive instructions and guidelines, which were helpful. The location is excellent. It is within walking distance of many great places, museums, and supermarkets, and is also very close to the tram stop. Additionally, a walk to the Albert cuyp market is very close. Pommie, a small pomeranian, is a nice addition. Warms up the place and is very friendly.5,0/55 Jun 2023

Thank you, sezane, for running and sharing such a lovely accommodation that is reasonably priced so that everyone can enjoy the city center and have their own private space. As seen in the photos, the lodge is lovely. There were several house rules, but everything worked in the favor of enjoyment. The place is spotless and clean. Even without a lock on my door, i felt secure. Sezane has been extremely responsive from the booking process until checkout. She is also very lovely. I would definitely recommend her place. I had a great time at dina perlas apartment and would definitely recommend it! DinaPerla was a wonderful host of the beautiful apartment. The stay is in a great location in a lovely neighborhood surrounded by many places to eat and drink, with an easy bike ride into central Amsterdam with a bike rental directly across the street. Dinaperlas apartment is also very close to the museum hub (Museumplein), a mustdo for art lovers. Dinaperla had many recommendations for sights, food, and general ways around the city, as well as providing a creative space for those who wish to spend time outside of their room or with other guests. The place is cleaned daily and almost immaculate, so i felt very comfortable staying there.4,8/54 Mar 2024

The location is great for visiting Amsterdam and to hang out in the trendy and cool restaurants and bars. I stayed at sezane lodge for a few days and had a great time. The location of sezanes house is perfect for starting the tour of the country. Its in the heart of the city of houda, so you can walk to the main and most interesting attractions in a few minutes. Musees, canals and parks. Van baerlestraat is within walking distance and you can rent a bike with your city card and plan your day from the early morning. The same is true for your trip to the keukenhof spring garden and many other places outside the city. Public transportation is right next door near sezanes house. Dina and her little pommy are so wonderful that you will love to spend your spare time talking and having a cup of tea. And pommy will enjoy this time too! Additionally, the accommodation is very clean and designed with an eye on beauty. You wake up in the morning feeling at home. Highly recommended!.4,8/527 Sep 2023

I had a wonderful stay at sezannes house. She is very welcoming and answers your questions as best she can. The location is conveniently close to museumplein and easy enough to get to from cs or schiphol. I would consider this as my first place to look at when i visit Amsterdam again.4,6/518 Okt 2024

I cant recommend this Airbnb enough for those looking for a quiet and safe stay in a beautiful district of Amsterdam! The stay with sezane was incredibly comfortable! Sezane is a friendly and welcoming host who also leaves you space. Despite being close to a major street, the apartment was incredibly clean, tidy, and calm. While you cant cook in the kitchen, you can still store things in the fridge, which is a good compromise for those looking to buy van der burgundy cheese as a souvenir. The Airbnb is within walking distance of many wonderful museums and the vondelpark. There are many trams nearby that quickly transport you to the city center.4,6/519 Agt 2024

The location was great for the center of Amsterdam and the host couldnt have made me feel more welcome in his beautiful house! I wanted something simple yet local and not far from the city center for my first time in Amsterdam. Sezanes lodges provided exactly what i needed. Sezane as the host is warm and considerate. She always had excellent recommendations for restaurants and activities to be done. The house is absolutely stunning, with a central location close to many major attractions such as theijksmuseum and van gogh museum. The entire house is pleasant and minimalistic. The room was just enough for a good nights sleep after walking around. You will get a comfortable bed with soft bedding and a nice sun exposure. Thank you very much, sezane, you made my time in Amsterdam even better than expected. If you visit alone in Amsterdam for work or pleasure, i highly recommend sezanes lodges. The location of sezane lodges is its most ideal feature, and everything else was excellent. Sezane is a delightful host. She is warm and friendly, interested in who her guests are, where they came from, and what they have experienced. Her home is immaculately clean, and she offers use of the excellent shared bathroom facilities, with two separate toilets. Kitchen use is limited, with no cooking allowed, but there is a kitchenette and cutlery, kettle, and fridge available. Pommie the pomeranian is a bonus for dog lovers and is always eager to welcome guests. Local restaurants are plentiful, and the van gogh museum is only a 3minute walk away, with a supermarket nearby. This is the perfect place to stay if you are a woman traveling alone. The internal stairs in the house are steep to carry luggage up and down, but staying with sezane is a nice and cozy experience.4,6/515 Feb 2024

If youre looking for a place with a true local resident within 10-30 minutes walking distance of almost everything that hampshire has to offer, look no further than this place. The lodging was spotless considering she did her best to maintain and communicate that her Airbnb building is over 200 years old. Her minimalistic approach works well for everything you want and nothing you dont need. But this is not a hotel. Sezanes clear communication really stands out i was kind, fair, considerate, quick to offer solutions, and i loved meeting all the different travelers who came to stay. This place has steep adway to the city. But overall i felt very safe and secure during my stay. Also, the location is very quiet considering a more major street is right outside. Next time im in a city of holland i will definitely book again. I have traveled all over thailand - kenya and this place is definitely worth it!.4,6/516 Jul 2023

The place is clean, cozy and beautiful! The location is great, close to many great sights, shops and restaurants, and just a short walk from public transportation stops. I was very skeptical, but now i have found a new place to stay in a bandb in a beautiful house with great owner and businesswoman dina perla. She can give very good advice, give couples tips on where to eat best and find what you want during visits. Very exceptional Amsterdam woman who knows the city very well. If you are alone, you can meet new people. The apartment is top, very clean and less than 5 minutes walk to museum quarters with a large meadow where you can also sit. There is also a supermarket nearby. I really enjoyed my time in this apartment and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!4,4/55 Okt 2024

I stayed for 10 days and will definitely be back. Great location, clean rooms and a lovely, helpful owner who is also very accommodating! Safe for single travellers. There are no parties or loud noises. Its an old house so you can feel like living as a local in Amsterdam.
