The staff at this hotel were fantastic, helpful, friendly. I lost my charger cords, and the manager loaned us his personal cord for a day to recharge. Very friendly, very helpful.

The hotel was centrally located near many transportation lines and the museum quarter of Amsterdam. When we had an issue with our room it was quickly remediated and the staff were very friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying in Amsterdam.

Very good location. Such an easy walking city, and we found The Fritz to be central. Close to lots of great restaurants and the cafe in the Gallery next door was very convenient and tasty. Thanks for a great stay.

We had a great stay at The Fritz! The front desk staff are very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. There is a small mini fridge and coffee maker which was nice. The location is very convenient! Right near the museums. I would stay here again.

For me itnsoughted my needs your near the the van goth museum and the ruks museum and a nice area from hotel to the train station just a 7 minute walk and got the trams number 17 12 2 i think

Very close to shops, cafés, and all the museums — the location is excellent. Walking distance to most attractions, and the walking has such a nice view (all the canals!). The room is clean and updated. It is very small, but that wasn’t surprising considering the area. The people was nice and attentive. They welcome you at the little cafe next door. The only thing we didn’t like were the pillows. They felt more like decorative sofa pillows — very tall and uncomfortable, and they hurt our necks. Other than that, we really enjoyed the little room.

THE HOTEL - newly renovated historic building. It has modern & updated system (inhouse filtered clean air). The hotel also has a coffee shop. THE STAFF - great staff! Check in was easy, and Sebastian let us in early since the room was ready. THE ROOM - we had the balcony room and it's amazing to see the view of Rijks Museum and canal. Very clean, comfy bed. It has a coffee maker & some teas. Nice clean bathroom. LOCATION - just outside is the tram, steps to Rijks museum and other nearby attractions. Near to some beautiful canals. Near the bus route to airport.
