20 min walk / short cycle to the central area but well worth it for the wild swimming and lots of nice restaurants and cafes nearby. Free gym classes on the waterfront which was a real plus! Shame breakfast wasn’t included but the apartment has a kitchen with everything you need.

The amenities are wide-ranging and top notch. The in-building barbershop is an added bonus…very convenient, and they know how to cut hair well.

Really well appointed room with kitchen, eating area, sofa and TV and excellent shower room. We were able to make a meal with ease as supermarket very close by. We had a room with a water view which was amazing! Stayed with my family. 2 adults and 2 children. Good gym and wellness facilities.

My wife, 5yo son and I stayed four nights at the July and we had a great experience. We booked an apartment and when we arrived around noon they were able to find a room that was free so we could check in early. Shortly after they had a staff member come to unfold the sofabed for our son. The front desk staff was very helpful at check in. For Europe, it’s actually a pretty big room and quite a big bathroom. There is only a closet to store your things, no drawers. There are two USB-A ports on each side of the bed, with EU outlets elsewhere. We bought a very good adapter from the desk for 12 EU. The climate control is pretty good; when we arrived midday the room was hot, l closed all the shades and turned on what appeared to be the AC, and by evening the room was comfortable and cool. The beds were very comfortable, including the sofabed. The rainfall shower was great – the pressure wasn’t as intense as we might be used to in the US but it was still more than sufficient for a very comfortable shower. The hotel is away from the busy city center. If you’re looking to be in the center or steps away from a tram to the center, this isn’t it, but it’s still very easy to get into town: about a 7 minute walk to a bus stop that goes to Amsterdam centraal. Or ferries in a different direction. By the bus stop is another great neighborhood with places to eat or shop. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come to AMS.

Great set up for a family with the little kitchen. Fantastic location, was great to wake up to views of the canal. The kids loved the little chicken at the restaurant so much they wouldn’t let us eat elsewhere. The staff were so happy and help. We did have a problem with the shower not draining which they came up and looked at, it wasn’t completely resolved during our stay but we just used the other shower

Love this place. Although it is a 25 minute walk into the centre, it is right on the river/sea front and in a lovely community. Great room that was a mini apartment, and has a gym- you can also swim in the river/sea right outside (as some locals were doing!) Good pricing and v friendly. Quiet at night , unlike being in the centre

Modern, clean, well designed snd thought out place to stay, you feel like you are part of the neighbourhood which is an amazing community based designed area. Super friendly team at the hotel. The water facing rooms are great, sunrise, sunset snd just generally interesting comings and going’s from the window. Easy to res h transport, buses on the door step, great bikes available and the ferry too. Excellent location!

Service at this hotel was excellent! Staff were pleasant and helpful and everything was taken care of - from the robe and slippers to the flat rate airport transportation. Location was excellent - reasonable walk to the city centre but far enough away to be quiet. For those looking for cooking facilities, the kitchen was well equipped. Loved this hotel!

Skeptical at first glance, this property is a gem. Do not miss the outdoor dining/drinking experience or the bike rental.

Amazing property in a lovely quiet location. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again. Chilled vibe and great to use a sauna and steam room and the use of washers and dryers. Lovely staff too.
