The hotel is conveniently located near tram, metro, and water transportation. The staff members are all very friendly and helpful. I want to express my gratitude to meike for arranging our airport return after the taxi company was canceled. Both the breakfast buffet and the evening menu were excellent. Its a wellappointed hotel that is convenient for transit, trains, subways, or water travel.

This hotel is our second stay, and i dont think ill ever stay anywhere else in rotterdam! I adore this hotel for so many reasons. The breakfast is excellent and has a wide variety of options. Their pastries are delicious, as is their bread! They also have swathes of teas (the strawberry and forest fruit ones are lovely! The rooms are excellent, with comfortable beds, nespresso machines, or tv. We stayed in the superior room with vistas overlooking the river, which was great to relax in. One of my favorite aspects was the bathroom, featuring reeked showers and deep baths that were perfect for unwinding. Staff were always friendly and welcoming, ready to assist with anything we needed. On our final day, we used the luggage room because we had departed late for our flight home. I never felt more secure and safe at this motel. In terms of location, there was no greater need for me. Beautiful views of the maas bridge and the Erasmus bridge. Tram and metro provide quick access to any part of town. Leuvehaven, the nearest metro stop, is only ten minutes walk away. There are also several trams stopping next to the metro, including one that stops directly outside the hotel, number 7. Overall, after exploring the city during the day

I only stayed at the hotel for a few hours while i was waiting to board the vessel where ive been working. All the receptionists were very helpful and polite. The same is true of our server in the dining room who explained what is included in your room rate and what does not. We had dinner as if we were bringing ten people together. With mash potato croquettes and salad from coleslaw, we had pork schnitzel. Although the room was small, it had en suite toilet and bathroom. It appeared like the mattress hugs you to sleep because the bed and pillows were as soft as they like it! Since my company is paying for it, ill not know the pricelist, but it was advisable. Because the rooms offer sweeping river views and there are several bars, pubs, and restaurants nearby, this place is ideal for short or long stays.

I stayed here on december 18th. 3 stars because it was very accessible to book last minute. Due to the terrible weather, some roads were closed and we couldnt get home safe. The hotel allowed latenight checkin with their 24hour concierge. Unfortunately, the card payment machine didnt work and only accepted credit cards. Room size is 9 meters. Interior design looks old. Shower and toilet are very small and outdated. For example, sitting on the toilet and closing the door is difficult. No.

I had a great time during my stay here. This hotel exceeded my expectations for 3.5 stars! The location is excellent. The reception staff was very helpful. When i woke up, ive seen the magnificent Erasmus bridge and the view of the Nieuwe maas river. Room size is quite spacious and clean. Overall he has stayed here many times.

The hotel is excellent. Everything about it was wonderful, including the delicious breakfast, spotless accommodations, and excellent service. The receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful. Every request we made was met at the appropriate time.

There isnt much to complain about. Ideal for a family of four and i highly recommend this hotel. The closest parking house is not good, but many are within ten minutes walking distance. I will also stay here the next time.
