The roadside restaurants were closed, so everything else was the van der Talk hotel. Can you eat fast here? Well bet! When they spotted I was in a hurry, I ordered a tuna steak with scrambled potatoes, salad, and beans. And it came within ten minutes, without me even hinting I was in a hurry. The food was well prepared, the steak was very tasty, and overall I was nothing short of incredible. I went out with a full stomach, and many roadside restaurants cannot beat the serving times here! I also went here for the second time, and everything was absolutely perfect and wonderful. It took a little longer but a great place.

They provide electric car loading stations but not very clear on pricing so avoid surprises. They have good service from the receptionist and the hotel room. The distance from the hotel room to the large complex even though the building only had 60 rooms was long. Dinner was good with a good menu selection. Drinks are reasonably priced.

It's true that Van der Talk Angelo is a true four-star hotel, but there are also great deals available if you keep up to date with the hotel chain's offerings. Luxury accommodations, courteous and helpful personnel, a sizable restaurant, and plentiful free parking are all present in some hotels that are billed as four-star units. Yet the primary function of lodging, which is, to be honest, a touch out of date. Basic amenities like a tidy room, a comfy bed, and a roomy bathroom are sufficient, but those extras to be anticipated from a four-star hotel are absent. Here van der talk takes hold. There is a premium lobby, kind staff, and plenty of free parking. The room, however, still has a four-star impression, with a comfortable bed and a roomy, well-lit bathroom that feels clean and roomy. Yet those little four-star extras are also present. In other four-star hotels I've stayed in the Netherlands, these appear to be glaringly absent. I can only raise some observations that I have is that I'm not a big fan of the shallow bathroom basin and that van der talk has chosen a capsule coffee maker instead of an electric kettle. Van der Talk is my favorite hotel chain in the Netherlands.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Booked on their own website and got a free upgrade to a premium room. When we arrived, we discovered that all of their rooms had been refurbished and upgraded to premium. But, the room was great, extremely comfortable and all clean. Breakfast is really good, the big buffet with everything you could wish for.

Van der Talk Hotel Angola is a really good hotel with a fantastic restaurant. We had a large and delicious assorted buffet breakfast. Very nice and quiet rooms with perfect beds. Professional staff. Unfortunately the draining of the bathroom did not work well, but within minutes after our phone call the maintenance staff and the manager were there to fix the inconvenience.
