The room was large and very well designed with modern amenities. Especially impressed with auto lights that come on in the night below bed and guides to washroom. Nice shower. Super large picture window. Very quiet. Restaurants are amazingly good. Dinner and breakfast. Wow!

Airport shuttle fantastic. Service phenomenal. Requests were fulfilled immediately. Breakfast buffet is a must. Excellent quality, quantity and variety. And the room, incredibly spacious, with lovely amenities, including an air jetted tub, separate shower and poo room. Then, the hotel has wonderful amenities including: large pool, steam room, sauna and tanning bed. I would definitely stay again at Van Der Valk in the future.

Room decor was interesting, but the hotel itself was awesome! Great gym and pool, and the food in the restaurant was AMAZING! Staff were super friendly and helpful! Free shuttle to and from the airport was a great benefit.

Always a great hotel and my first pick whenever I go to the Netherlands. On this trip I had 4 separate stays at this hotel. My platinum status was acknowledged 3 times and I was upgraded twice. At my 2nd stay the lady at the front desk apparently did not know free upgrade was a thing for Expedia platinum members. As it was only a one night stay I thought it not worth the hassle. Fortunately the other times this was no problem at all. The renovation seems to be completed and I love the updated look. LOVE the free scheduled shuttle. The nearby (fastfood) restaurants are a plus if you want to have a quick bite to eat. Did not have the breakfast this time but I know that that is a treat as well. I absolutely recommend this hotel.

Hôtel impeccablement propre. Tout est bien tenu : le restaurant, les chambres, les commodités tel que la piscine et le gym. Une bouteille de mousseux nous attendait dans la chambre. Il y a un dépanneur pratique où l’on peut se procurer des petits extras allant des fils chargeurs au chips dans oublier des produits alcoolisés. Seuls éléments moins pratiques : pas de fer à repasser dans la chambre - il faut se rendre dans une pièce commune et tasses à café dans la chambre sont trop petites - impossible d’éviter un débordement.
