Front desk staff were super nice and welcoming. They took the time to explain everything. The breakfast was delicious and totally worth it for €12.50. Location was less than 5 min walk from the Central Train Station which was a plus. Room was clean and quiet.

The hotel is lovely. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. The facilities are great and clean and the view in 409 was beautiful. The area in which is it situated is noisy and I would recommend this hotel to anyone who likes to stay out late but be close to where they are staying. There are plenty of coffee shops, bars and entertainment to keep you busy. Lovely hotel and a great place to experience Amsterdam. Thanks

El personal es muy amable; es una excelente opción precio/calidad; prácticamente estás a la entrada de la zona centro/barrio rojo y a 5 minutos caminando de la estación del tren. Resguardan tu equipaje sin costo (luggage room) y sin limitantes de tiempo, mientras tanto puedes salir a pasear o utilizar los servicios generales; son muy amigables.

Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour son prix, sa proximité de la gare et du centre historique. Nous avons apprécié que plusieurs membres du personnel d'accueil parlent le français et soient très courtois, que les arrêts de tram soient proches, que la chambre soit spacieuse et bien insonorisée. L'ensemble nous a paru fort convenable malgré la proximité du "quartier rouge" (à une rue...)

The room was certainly a pleasant surprise! Big and comfortable beds on the top floor. A coffee machine with tabs were also available and I found it to be a nice touch. Our stay was short so the location of the hotel was the most important to us, which this hotel more than fulfill, everything touristic is within walking distance. I would stay again and definitely recommend to friends.

Loved the central location - it was great to be able to head out and explore so easily. I've seen some complain about the smell of weed in the rooms (which wasn't an issue with I stayed), because of the central location this is inevitable, along with noise on an evening! Really nice and clean, comfy bed. Amazing staff - so lovely! And let me store my bag prior and post check out.

Location was great. Downtown in the heart of the City and next to the Red Light District. Front Desk Service was excellent. There is no Elevator to get to many of the rooms , have to use stairs, which is difficult with luggage. The Room was very small, dark, needed more lighting. The ceiling light fixtures were missing light bulbs. The carpet was dark and needed replacing.the bathroom was updated and very nice. I was surprised at this XO Hotel's condition, as I have stayed at the XO Coutour outside of the City two times. That XO is much nicer and facilities larger.
