All the staff were friendly and helpful, and I can recommend some of the beautiful places to visit. The rooms were very complete, the location was perfect with all the beach, restaurants, bars, and the nearby islands. I also recommend asking for a chapel at the reception desk.

The outdoor pool area is lovely, with a pool, solarium, and a hotter area. The furnishings are second to none and make the area incredibly welcoming. There is also a very clean gym, sauna, and shower on this level. So why is this review so poor? We stayed in room 207 which has not been refurbished since the first time, I think. The bath has been painted on the inside and the entire bathroom is very dirty. The entire room is very tired and needs attention. What really got me was that my wife noticed my feet were black after a shower and lying on the bed. It was shocking that the floor was so dirty. We reported to reception on 5 different times that the safe did not work. Because we had our safe key from home, it was crucial. During our 14 day visit, this was never resolved. There are apparent four levels of breakfast options at the buffet. Why? Despite partly the blame of the travel agency, being informed that I can only have toast or serial, not both, tells its own story. Pathetic. There is free water at the air conditioned lobby but nothing by the pool, gym, and sauna, which is at odds with the attention to detail.

The hotel appears a little dirty from the outside, but it all changed when you walk through the doors. The hotel and our room were clean. The pool area was nice with comfortable chairs and beds as per some other reviews our safe didn't work for the duration of our stay. Also a little wired, there was a glass window into the bathroom with blinds on the outside within the room. All in all, we stayed only for one night but had a good experience.

I stayed for a week in studio room I view the pool. Excellent cleanliness, and a great atmosphere. Excellent English at the front desk. The location is very convenient, with a pharmacy, a few small food stores, and a bus stop almost directly in front and a short or two walk to the beach. It takes 10 minutes to walk to Anchan grocery store, where you can get a microwave, fridge, plates, and cuttlefish in the room. Getting fresh baguettes, salads, and other goodies was also very close to my atelier gourmand. I will certainly return.

Would return to this location. We spent 3 nights here in a onebedroom suite with a sea view and were pleased with the room and service. Clean, comfortable, and a good size, the bed was large and extremely comfortable. Nice shower, although the temperature fluctuated a little on one night. Very convenient location, walking distance to cafes, restaurants, shops, main beaches, and the aquarium. I can recommend the nearby bakery I atelier gourmand. The hotel is located on a busy main road, so the frontside rooms get road noise, but this wasn't an issue for us. The staff was friendly and welcoming, spoke good English, and were pleased to help.
