Breakfast starts at 730, it is not good when I start working. The shower has hot water in the morning, and it is a plus. Comfortable and clean but definitely for tourists.

This accommodation has a very good value compared to other places on the shore. The accommodation offers stylish furnishings with a comfy bed and a tidy environment. There was a desk on the table in the business, however, there were a few outlets and good internet. Even though there was no traffic noise during the day, it was okay at night. The location was fantastic, close to restaurants, the railway station, and the popular walking trails. There are many type of travelers who are not at all concerned about the environment. The studio room had a view of the harbor. Overall 8/10 in terms of value.

The hotel is a little old, but the place is comfortable. I stayed here on a very hot night and I was in an upstairs unit and they did not have air conditioning which made it very difficult to sleep. I opened the windows to get some fresh air in, but then I had the road noise. Handy for walking on the beach and a short walk to the main shopping area of phone.

The atmosphere of this hotel is quite pleasant. The room is located on a strategic location with shops, only a 10-minute walk away or directly across the street from the beach. There are very good restaurants, cafes, and shops. I stayed here for 5 nights and it was very comfortable to stay. Except for the oven, I had a good experience with the heating and it is very good and comfortable.

I would stay there again. I needed a bed in the hurt valley region for two nights with parking and sure 83 matched the bill. It is an older style motel in need of a refreshment, but it was clean, comfortable, and pretty quiet for a stay on a very busy road. It is near the beach, phone shops and restaurants, and only a short hop from wellington city. It appears popular with trucks, but this wasn't a problem in terms of noise or parking issues.
