After a 2-night stay, I really enjoyed the motel. The room is clean and comfortable. I don't find many guests at the motel but the parking space can be a bit tight when the street is full.

This motel offers the closest location to a view of the once-mighty glacial valley as you will ever find in town. I believe the room I stayed in was the same as that in the cover photo on google when searching for the gallery gorge see below. The rooms are very spacious, wellappointed, quiet neighbors, nice little kitchen, sizeable shower, comfortable beds, etc. Close to town, right across the street from the cafe of the Blue Ice restaurant. A nice tien when at the Franz. One night here was not close enough it's my favorite town on earth! An interesting driveway exit, so be careful if you have tall roof accessories or a campervan.

We stayed for two nights and found the motel, while basic, to be comfortable, clean and quiet. Our room had a mini-kitchenette. Not overly busy at the time we were there. Parking is directly in front of the room. Well located to the main street and restaurants.

Stop searching for a hotel and reserve this place! We did the work for you. When we arrived in Frank Josef, we made a selection of a variety of choices based on its lovely rooms, location, and cleanliness. We've stayed in hotels all over Europe, North America, and the Pacific, and this is one of the nicest hotel rooms weve ever had. The room was lovely, with floor to ceiling windows looking out over the snow capped peaks beyond. Thin white towels, plenty of them soft pillows, a luxurious jacuzzi bathtub, tea, coffee, and even a French press were all included. A fully equipped minikitchen, a king-size bed, sofa, and dining table are all included in a hotel unique. Restaurants, shops, and the grocery store are all on a short walk away from the motel. Parking is right outside the room, making it simple to transport bags. Anthony was incredibly friendly and helped us find a dinner spot. Since I don't write reviews often, it means that the place really stood out. Our only regret was not able to stay any more nights. Please keep in mind that this is a motor court, so there is no central lobby, bar, or restaurant.
