The rooms were clean and the staff is very polite. The only issue I experienced was about 3 to 5 minutes of hot water for a shower. Afterwards it would run cold immediately.

Everything was top notch! The staff checking us in n helping us throughout our whole stay was very accommodating and nice! The rooms were spotless and the amenities provided was complete! Was preparing for the worst when looking at how many ⭐ this place has, and am very glad that all of my concerns are unfounded

Great clean facilities it is bigger than it looks by pictures. We really enjoyed the cook breakfast in the morning with eggs, sausages hot food was a great addition to start our day & tasted delicious thank you.

Staff was nice and accommodating, the room and bathroom were clean. Beds were good and the place was quiet. Wifi was good and the tv in the room allowed skycasting so we could watch netflix from our phone. Overall basic accomodation that meets all your needs for a very nice price.

I really like this property because it’s close to Rotorua different activities like Skyline not only that but it’s close to all the shops and aslo the hotel was so amazing 😍 if we come again we will come back to AWA hotel cause it’s really good

Easy parking, clean room and bathroom, although there was an issue with the heating as it took some time to heat the room and has to set into max but overall a very good place to stay at Rotorua. Highly recommended!

Entrance to Rotorua very good value for money.from north great unit clean and large comfortable bed fridge and kettle bench/bar to eat. Welcoming staff. Great local takeaway 5 minutes walk. Parking easy and safe.
