Loved it! The managing family was super hospitable. Some cats were walking around, The cabin was clean. Great place to rest if you are on Te Araroa like me

Staff were very accommodating as when we booked online and the booking page gave us a room that had been vacated that day, but not cleaned. Staff were happy to clean it at late notice for us so we could have a room for the night. Very basic accommodation but it was clean and comfortable and reasonably priced compared to others in Invercargill.

I had a great time with my stay here. We really enjoyed our stay. This place is quite a bit of a disappointment! The host was kind and helpful. It was great to have hot showers and do our washing here after a few days without both. The lovely weather helped. The kids enjoy interacting with other guests and finally being able to watch some nba.

Before taking off to stewart island, we stayed one night. The host graciously collected us for free from Invercargill Airport. Naib upgraded us to a secure cabin when we got there! We were so content because we had reserved a shared bathroom cabin, but the weather was very cold and bathroom was quite a distance away. Naib was very kind and helpful in bringing our luggage back to the airport the next morning. Thank you for everything. We absolutely suggest this place.

This property is exactly what it says it is. The kitchen and lounge area is really large which was really nice after the place from the night before. I could find everything I needed and felt safe there.

Do not believe first impressions ! , The Manager is new to the Campground and it is clear that He is on a mission . The Campground has seen better days and needs upgrading , but the facilities were clean and tidy , the bed comfortable and everything worked . The Kitchen is lacking a few utensils , which I am sure will addressed shortly . The Location is excellent and a short walk to the City Centre . I look forward to my next visit .

Close to city. Men’s toilets … no loo paper. Woman’s bathroom no window .. literally , terrible during cold wet Invercargill weather. Kitchen … no wash up liquid for 4 day stay.

Staff were not available when we arrived to check in and were told to come back in an hour. Room had an overpowering smell from cleaning products. Facilities where to standard of camp ground

The taps were leaking and the microwave was gross and the tea towels were extremely wet

Bathroom was below par - very rundown close to seeing mould

It was a cheaper place to stay. Our room was clean but shabby. The campground buildings all needed washing down on the outside to remove mould and mildew. All fixable stuff. There appears to be permanent residents that stay up and talk until the wee small hours, but earplugs helped! Great location, and the laundry and kitchen had everything we needed.
