Awesome hotel, reasonably priced and impeccably clean. We stayed a roomy 2 bedroom studio so our daughter had her own room which also had a TV. Bathroom really nice and beds very comfy. Definitely would stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at Distinction Dunedin Hotel. The location is excellent, making it easy to walk to the city's main attractions, restaurants, and shops. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made us feel right at home. The hotel has great amenities, with comfortable, well-appointed rooms and everything we needed for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was the full buffet breakfast, which offered a great variety of fresh, delicious options and was the perfect way to start each day. Overall, a wonderful hotel with outstanding service in a convenient location. We'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dunedin.

This was one of the best hotels we stayed at as a family with young kids. The rooms are beautiful and clean and we made a lot of use of the kitchenette. We will definitely suggest this place above all others. Only suggestion would be to have more plant based options for the restaurant.

I have stayed in many hundreds of hotel rooms. The Executive Studio was easily one of the best.

Very clean and spacious rooms and surprisingly quiet given the hotel location very close to the city center. Keep in mind you'll be charged $30 per day for parking.

The room and bathroom were very clean, the room tastefully furnished, the bed very comfortable. Couldn't fault the room. We liked the location of the property, an easy walk to down town but far enough out to be able to get a carpark. Especially good that the hotel is in a repurposed office building. Perhaps the hallway carpets could be cleaned.

The suite was wonderful! We had a washer and dryer in our room! Trying to travel light for a month means bringing fewer clothes, and needing to do laundry more often. We really enjoyed having this amenity. Breakfast was fabulous: lots of fruit, cold, and hot choices. The reception staff, and restaurant staff, were friendly. It was easy to walk around the CBD. We would stay here again.
