The service of the employee is very helpful. The room and the bed are quite comfortable. The room was very clean and spacious, with a great layout. Thank you.

We had been sleeping since 4.30 am and it was 8.30 pm, and we required accommodations on a very short notice due to the unclean and inappropriate room we had booked. Lance was listening to me when I checked access to the first floor because my son was on crutches due to a pelvic fracture, despite me asking if he had a mobility room. Even at 8.30 pm, check-in was easy, and there was no appointment, and the walk-in shower with a seat was wonderful. On-site, there is also a fantastic breakfast buffet.

We are aware that there are no quality, star hotel in Pln. But it's nowhere near as good as other distinction experiences, for example, the Dunedin distinction. To the brand, the lady at the front desk, as well as the rest of the personnel, were friendly and helpful. The body of a longtime provincial hotel. The decor and furnishings are outdated and old. With no real need or indication of a boom to anything more contemporary, how tiny are the tes. The room was tidy and fit for purpose. Polyester duvets, blankets, and either soft or rock hard pillows are on the bed, which is comfortable and strangely low on the ground. The bathroom was the most retro midnight blue vanity, shower over the bath, and all single use, plastic-wrapped products. Most gratifyingly, there is no recycling in the room or on the site. And the towels are changed daily face palm, as numerous reviews have shown the heating and cooling don't function. In different weather conditions, the result is either warm and sweaty or cold cold. The windows don't open, so the room felt constantly airless and stagnant. The breakfast buffet offers plenty of choices, but the quality of fresh fruit, coffee, and sausages are questionable. If you must be in palm and the modernized hotels are sold out, this is ok. Otherwise, I would not recommend or return

I had never remained in the more contemporary tower section of the distinction before. I came late at night and found the check-in process easy. The room was clean and well-furnished. The next morning, I was well rested.
