We stayed at the hawea hotel for 4 days. The hotel has beautiful views of the lake. The price is a bit expensive at the restaurant but the food and service are amazing. The bar is beautiful, the outdoor area is beautiful and there is live music every Sunday. Beautiful small township with great people and beautiful walks by the lake. Everything you need and only 15 minutes to wanaka.

I went there for a delicious meal, although the pub food options were limited, the food was outstanding. That night, there was a staff shortage, but it was explained and made no difference to our leisurely dining because we were in no hurry. The staff was excellent.

We wish we could stay longer. Great value, great location. Eatery had a great vibe and felt luxurious. Amazing dinner and portions. Desserts were a bit hitandmiss.

We had dinner at the hawea hotel. We ordered calamari, then the main course was venison and pork belly. Absolutely delicious! We were very impressed with the great quality and taste and also the great service. Would highly recommend dinner. We booked to ensure we got a table.

The food was excellent, and the views were breathtaking. My bread and butter pudding was excellent, and they had a fantastic desert menu. My supper dish, which i grilled fish, was also delicious, fresh, and wellprepared.

I give it a 10 out of 5. The staff is amazing. The food is delicious. I recommend it for anything from events to just staying. We got married here and they were amazing. Nothing was a problem and they helped us make a really stressful time very easy.

Our trip was cut short by stopping here for the night. The rooms were nice and had a nice view of the lake. The balcony didnt feel very safe, but the view compensated. Comfortable and clean we enjoyed it. The meal at the pub was great and the staff were very friendly!.

We had a great time staying here. Although the exterior is somewhat outdated, the room was roomy and ideal for our family of six, and the views only added to the overall experience. Absolutely stunning. We are extremely grateful that we were informed about driving safely on our return trip due to some road accidents, and the receptionists were excellent. We will most certainly return.

We stayed at the hotel as a group of 5 while traveling in nz, and it was one of the nicest places on the trip. Great lake view, with mountains in the background. The room seemed new or recently renovated. Cant really say anything bad about this place. Very helpful and nice staff!.

application maps directed me through gravel roads, keep that in mind if you are renting a car. The rooms are quite quiet, and the parking lot offers a nice view of the lake. Its not a fourstar hotel, in my opinion.

The family rooms are very spacious, set over two floors with stunning views of the lake. As mentioned when booking they are a bit dated but very clean and comfortable and the views more than compensate for the retro decor.

Our room had a stunning view. The carpet was extremely worn out, and the area needed a refreshment. However, the view was antiquated. We didnt eat, we just stayed for lodging.

Sedikit terpencil namun permata lokal dengan pemandangan danau yang indah. Banyak tempat duduk di dalam ruangan untuk mengalahkan dingin dan beberapa meja luar ruangan untuk mereka yang ingin minum dan makan serta menikmati pemandangan.
