We stayed for a week and found the staff to be very kind, friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the views were great. Breakfast is very delicious. We tried the spa bath with a view and that was really special, would recommend

Our stay here was wonderful. The food is delicious! The only drawback was that we could see people from the restaurant from our room because of the general privacy. Otherwise, the service and overall experience were amazing.

We had a wonderful week at Katana warehouse. Both the food service and the views are fantastic. The location is lovely from a scenic standpoint, but it's a little far out of town to get in. We went down the hill once and then took taxis at other times. If there was a shuttle service from town every day, it would be good. The small local restaurant next door is a great place for a meal and drinks.

On our trip to the South Island, we got engaged and were looking for a fancy place to celebrate. We discovered Katana. Katana is a fantastic place to enjoy your stay! Professional, considerate, and extremely attentive have gone above and above to make it perfect! We had a lovely little terrace outside the room, which was spotless and spacious. We discovered a sweet congratulations card with chocolate when the lovely woman who checked us in learned we had just got engaged, which genuinely touched our hearts. The gardens and lounge both have stunning views. We were so relieved to be a little out of Queenstown city center and be able to see all of this wonderful view from Kamanalakehouse! We made a hot tub reservation. Excellent encounter. A lovely hot tub with a breathtaking outlook. Not sure how clean and sterilized it was since I got a horrible rash from it after experiencing it. But nevertheless, we thoroughly enjoyed taking in this incredible view from the hot tub! Breakfast was excellent. There are terrific, refreshing vegan options! Both cold-pressed juices and coffee were excellent. We know well well thatome will return to Kamanalakehouse if we visit Queenstown again!.

Thank you for your birthday gift. Beautiful view and tasty breakfast but my husband still complains about your smart to. He can't do it from his mobile. Overall the hotel is clean and the staff is modern.
