Our stay at your hotel was truly delightful. The staff, especially azman from the front desk, were all exceptionally friendly and provided us with exceptional hospitality. We had countless opportunities to get lost in the enormous hotel. When we met some of the staff members, they graciously led us back to our rooms. Each room was exquisite, boasting incredibly comfortable beds and sizes. All of us had an excellent nights sleep. Its lounge, which has recently undergone renovation, was fantastic. Extremely cozy and contemporary. Although there were wines, the food options were adequate. Breakfast at Makan kitchen was satisfactory. While some foods like porridge may be served hotter, it offers varying options. However, we enjoyed the variety of breakfast, particularly the breakfast at the kitchen. Even though the eggs we sampled were not particularly fresh, our experience was enjoyable. Overall, its hoped for fewer issues like these. Many thanks for the hospitality provided.

My first impression was wow artistic architecture view. Checkin was very smooth and we received cookies at checkin. The room was spacious, clean and tidy. Very nice bathrooms too. Breakfast was also very organized well by the staff. All food is good. There are 4 pools to access and the main pool is for kids. Its a very pleasant stay here and most importantly its kinderfriendly hotel. Highly recommended.

Our two nights at double tree were enjoyable for my family and me. The rooms were spacious and spotless. Staff members were hospitable and welcoming. Excellent amenities like the pool and fitness center were provided. There was a nice breakfast buffet with dozens of options. My only issue was that our room wasnt cooling properly and the air conditioning wasn't operating correctly. Additionally, if i had to suggest any improvements, it would be to have stowed towels or swimwear in the bathroom to dry.

The best hotel ive ever been to for my family and me. Great atmosphere. Breakfast has a wide variety of options! My kids love it and are already asking to come back. Lots of games and id like to visit the water park. The room is very spacious and beautiful. I will definitely repeat it next time.

I recently had the pleasure of staying here, and my experience was mostly enjoyable. The hotels location is ideal, surrounded by stunning architectural structures that enhance its charm. We were pleasantly greeted with cookies upon checkin. Additionally, following my request, the staff thoughtfully set up the room to celebrate a birthday. There were numerous options available at the breakfast buffet to suit different tastes. However, there was stifling drawback to our stay. Dslr cameras are prohibited on hotel premises. Although the reception was understanding and allowed us to use our camera because we werent professional photographers, security guards advised against it. This inconsistent enforcement of the policy was confusing and somewhat ruined our experience. As guests, we wanted to capture memories of our visit, but being restricted in this manner felt obnoxious.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the doubletree by Hilton for a threeday visit, and i must admit that it was incredibly enjoyable from beginning to end. Kingdeluxe suit checkin and welcome Upon arrival, he was warmly greeted by the hotel staff, who made sure the check in process went smoothly and efficiently. The warm chocolate chip cookie they gave me upon arrival was an added touch that set the tone for the next level of hospitality. Room I stayed in was roomy, cozy, unduly clean. After slumber after navigating countless days of exploring, the bed was extremely comfortable. Housekeeping throughout my stay, housekeeping service impressed me. All amenities were promptly replaced, while the room was consistently cleaned to pristine condition. It was obvious that the staff takes great care to maintain the rooms cleanliness and comfort. Bravo to the housekeepers! Dining The hotels dining options were excellent. I also had dinner at both the launch and the Makan place restaurants. Both the personnel and their attentiveness and accommodating service were of the highest caliber. Their splash pool was fantastic for my son! The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure ive had reassurance and peace of mind, from the front desk to restaurant to cleaning crew. The breakfast was excellent. The lake view is fantastic. And then, the breakfast wasnt so bad. After that, they provide a lifeguard in the mini water park. Subsequently, this place is very helpful.

Our experience at the executive lounge was exceptional, featuring a twobedroom suite with breakfast and high tea. The room itself was exceptionally comfortable, spacious, and welldone, even boasting three tvs!. My kids thoroughly enjoyed the splash pool and the kids clubs ps 5 option, which proved to be incredibly enjoyable. While the high coffee was delicious, the breakfast offered mediocre flavor despite its impressive selection. However, all the staff members were exceptionally friendly and exceptional. Were already looking forward to returning based on the demand from the children! Highly recommended!

The family room was roomy and cozy. My family adored it. It has a kingsize bed, settee beds, 1 bathroom, and 1 toilet. We had vista of the splash pool from one of three balconies in that room. I had fun and my kids loved the swimming pool. Spent time in the pool until their lips became blue. Excellent service and friendly service. The breakfast buffet and dinner buffet were both excellent, but they could use fewer variants.
