The rooms are functional and comfortable. Everything we needed was there. The hotel is brand new and lovely. Inside is a gourmet market. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. A pricey place to stay. Had to take our own luggage trolley and carry it to our room. Charge hefty extra for mountain views, which cost wynham nothing to begin with because they have been there for millions of years. There arent enough parking spaces for the hotel. Parking in saturday night will cost you $10. Way out of town. Not much nearby. Whole new area. Even with satellite maps, its difficult to find.4,8/510 Sep 2024

The hotel itself is really lovely and clean! Super friendly staff and great views. The parking is terrible. It appears that there are only about 10 spaces available for hotel guests, and if you arrive after 6 p. M., good luck finding a place for the night. To park in the back lot, you will need to pay an additional 10 dollars per day. Also, make sure you park perfectly in any hotel space. I parked along the side of the lot at night and didnt see the line, the front of car was barely over it, but in early the morning, i received recompense of 65 dollars for taking up two full parking spaces even though there were two cars occupied there already, which made no sense.4,8/522 Agt 2024

I would only suggest la Quinta for brief stays. The lack of fresh air was the main reason i gave the mountain view apartment room four stars. We stayed for five nights, and the room was quite stuffy by the end of our stay because there was no way to open the window and only an air conditioner that appeared to be on some kind of timer, meaning it would shut off overnight, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere even in the winter. There was also nowhere to store our clothes other than the coat hangers. Under the tv, there were easily enough space for a chest of drawers. Once more, if you were living out of sacks, this wouldnt be an issue for short stays at all. Although someone had gone to town with metal utensils in nonstick pots and pans when they had been to towns, the kitchen was wellequipped, but the stove wasnt working very well because it was warped. Both the housekeeping staff and bed were extremely welcoming and accommodating.4,8/51 Apr 2024

A stunningly modern hotel is located in a new area outside of queenstown. The location is ideal for those looking to escape the bustle of the city, but it can be somewhat remote if you want to visit Glenorchy and have to travel through the town. At this price point, the hotel offers all the amenities one would expect from upscale hotels. I was able to hear people using their restrooms as though they were in the same room as i was because the walls are poorly soundproofed. Unfortunately, due to the building housing primarily of hotel and residential tenants, parking is somewhat less than ideal, with very few onsite parking available due there. Accessible but costly parking right behind the motel is available behind them.4,8/57 Feb 2024

The hotel is close to a bus stop, some cafes, and new world. Then, the location is excellent, with sweeping views of the small town. After, they have nice staff. Subsequently, shower pressure is amazing. Finally, these rooms are very comfortable with super comfy beds.4,8/526 Sep 2023

The location is close to the airport and very quiet. The rooms are modern and clean with attractive decor, but the view from the front facing rooms is spectacular. Watch the sun light up the mountains in the morning while enjoying their delicious coffee. Great place and great value.4,6/58 Agt 2024

We stayed at la Quinta, queenstown for five nights. The staff we dealt with were very friendly and professional. And accommodating as they moved us to a room with disabled access at no additional cost or fuss. This made our stay much more enjoyable and easier! The room was wellappointed and had everything we needed. If i had anything negative to say, it was that the washer/dryer took incredibly long to do its job (over nine hours one day to wash and dry obscene loads). We will be back. The front desk closes at 9 pm, but someone called us two hours before to give us instructions for checking in after hours which were very easy to follow and we got to our room just fine after a long day of traveling. Great location for all the activities in queenstown you could want to do. Loved the view of the remarkable mountains every morning. The hotel is brand new and the rooms are very nice, although the layout is strange. The service was fine but not much available on site and while the location is close to the airport and has a good view of the mountains, the hotel distances from everything else. The location is a bit remote, but the hotel is very new. Although the room is small, it is wellequipped. It is quite far from the town. If you want to have supper at night, its tad inconvenient.
