Overall, our stay was outstanding. The staff were exceptional—friendly, accommodating, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit. They held our bags and food leftovers for us, helped me figure out the hot drink vending machine, and were very sympathetic when I had an issue with the room lighting, even though they weren’t able to resolve it. The complimentary hot chocolate and lattes were fantastic and ended up being one of the highlights of our stay. I’m glad I saw them mentioned in previous reviews. My only suggestion for improvement would be the smart lighting system. This may have been user error on my part, but I found it difficult to operate. The control panel remained illuminated throughout the night, and the bathroom light kept turning on with no apparent way to override the system. As someone who is very sensitive to light while sleeping, this affected my sleep quality. That said, everything else about the stay was excellent, and the outstanding service from the staff left a very positive impression.

Definitely a 5/5 stay! The location is super convenient, right around the CBD area. The room was quite small, however great for my friend and I as we were mostly out and about. They had unlimited hot drinks and stunning view from the rooftop. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks, Mi-Pad!

This place is amazing. Central location, coffee everywhere, amazing rooftop views, and a guest laundry room! I loved Mi-Pad and would return in a heartbeat.

This hotel is a "smart" hotel. Everything is computerized, fun for me because I was traveling with my daughter, she is in her twenties. If you don't like everything to be computerized it might not be fun for you. (remote controlled shades, lights etc.) The location could not be better. There is coffee and tea available 24hrs with machines on each floor.

Clean room. Staff was very helpful. Good location, as you can easily walk to many restaurants, shopping, and the gondola. Would be nice to have a shuttle to/from the airport provided by the hotel.

Solo traveler: Ideal location - you're a 3 minute walk from everything downtown. The room is clean and everything on the property is well maintained and new. Would 100% stay here again. The walls aren't the thickest so you can hear noise in the hallway. I was lucky enough to be on an end so it was minimal but I could see that being an issue if you're by the drink machine but even this is a mild inconvenience.

Very short stroll to town, staff were accommodating. Would have been nice if there was a bar fridge but we were allowed to use the office fridge so no dramas. Good value for money.

This is an excellent place to stay. Clean, modern, with friendly and helpful staff. 5 minutes or less walk to the main drag, and there’s a supermarket right around the corner, as well as the bus stop including the airport route.

The staff were very helpful, suggesting places to eat, changing our room for a future booking & answering questions & getting information for us. The room was spotless & was kept clean during our stay. The location was wonderful, near the center area of town with many restaurants & shops just a short walk away.
