We had a wonderful time. We were upgraded to the executive suite, which offered sweeping views of myers park. The room featured sytayed kitchenette. Prathmesh was incredibly helpful, as was his colleague, in getting our rooms serviced and arranging rearranged checkouts. It is conveniently located near queen street and all that the cbd has to offer. Highly recommended.

This hotel offers a solid and spacious room with everything you need and i love the city view. The room also comes with sytay machine as well. For the price, its not terribly bad for the room. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the center of the town. There is also n small pool, but you shouldnt expect too much. However, it is pleasantly disappointing that breakfast is only available until 9 am, which is clearly too early.

I love this place and will definitely be back. It is surrounded by trees and has a view of the park, is within walking distance to everything downtown, but slightly to the side, making it peaceful. Love the facilities and rooms. Quality at reasonable prices. Looking forward to more time here.

There was a slight miscommunication with the reservation, but the staff was extremely accommodating and offered us supper free parking as recompense for the inconvenience. Excellent location and spotless room. The bed was somewhat firm. Some of the residents of Kainga ora residences across the street from the hotel were quite rowdy and were out on the streets drinking and screaming all night. I was relieved that you required your room key to enter the motel and the parking lot because some appeared quite drunk and aggressive.

The location was good and within walking distance to the city center. But a steep uphill walk back for those with mobility issues. Bus stop almost 20 meters from the hotel door. The lady at reception just did her job and there was no extraordinary service there as far as making you welcome etc. Music in the waiting area of the lobby is loud, jerky and annoying. Rooms were good with great views. There was leaking in bathroom which caused water to spill all over the floor. Beds are very comfortable and the small kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Only there for 3 nights and overall i had stayed here for three nights.

This Easter, we had a wonderful time here. The hotel was full, but the manager of guest services, carol, was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. This kind of employee is an asset to any hospitality establishment and will definitely recommend you to stay at this hotel.

The location is excellent and central, situated next to queen street and a street below K Road. Also next door is the kosher bakery, which produces the best chocolate chip cookies ive ever tasted (beating levain in new york city). The staff is attentive, and the rooms are cleaned daily. The rooms have en suite bathrooms, sanitizers, laundry facilities, balconies, kitchens that are very roomy and practical. If youd rather cast your own net, the accommodations come with application chrome, as i did. It is not noisy, offers sweeping views of the city. I stayed for ten days and wish it was longer - ill return here without ecstatic.

The hotel is in a great location. Queen street, the pier, and other attractions are all within walking distance of the hotel. Although the room is not large, it does have stifling kitchen facilities and utensils, which are quite handy.

The room is spacious and equipped with all the necessary amenities to make it comfortable and selfsufficient. Toiletries are also provided in the bathroom. The desk staff is friendly and helpful! And no matter which side of the building youre on, every room has a balcony with vistas!.

My two nights at abstract hotel were moved to parkside due to an unplanned event. I was arranged to stay in a penthouse on the 10th floor for free. The room was wellequipped with utensils, refrigerator, and kitchen. A few minor issues could be addressed. Roman shade pull strings are all tangled, could use some wlc, balcony sliding door couldnt completely close, resulting in wind noise and cold air blowing through. Overall, considering that it was an upgrade, it is opulent hotel/accommodaton. Also in an excellent location.

This hotel is suitable for a stay in the center of city. The location is good. There are some beautiful rooms with balconies and the service is excellent. When i arrived, he couldnt turn on the microwave but it was fixed right away. Clean rooms.

Overall, im very happy and will definitely book another stay here. Had a really nice stay at this place. It was close to everything we needed. I booked the spa suite and wasnt expecting i could see the park. The parking was easy and convenient. Staff handled my request promptly and efficiently.

During the Easter weekend, i made a direct reservation for ten nights through the hotels website. The front desk employee, carol, was friendly and welcoming. Except for the bathroom floor, the room was quite clean and roomy. My washing machine was the real issue ive had. They changed my new hiking pants to muddled gray from black after destroying them. When he complained about it to the front counter and asked for reimbursement, they said the washer worked fine and offered to wash my clothes for me im not sure how they were going to put the black back. There was no one to refresh the space or take out the trash over the weekend because there was nobody to change it. This is if compared to another fourstar establishment with more attention to detail and better customer service, this is an excellent customer experience. If you want
