Highly recommended. What a truly beautiful experience. We went on a wellness retreat and it was the perfect combination of delicious food, the chef was great, forest meditation, sunrise yoga, paddle boarding on flat calm water and more. It was a true reconnect with nature. Great, clean accommodation and the staff were all incredibly friendly.

What a wonderful sanctuary of relaxation and well-being! The personnel are attentive, empathic, and extremely skilled in every way. There are many things to do at the resort as well as the quiet places to do nothing at all. The cottage accommodation in the woodlands is cozy and strange and adds to the getting away from it all vibe.

All I needed was to leave the city and relax. The retreat provided exactly what I love best about yoga, walking through the indigenous bush, eating fresh healthy food, and a chance to leave my everyday responsibilities. If you want privacy, there is plenty of it and the opportunity to connect with people when necessary. A great balance.

Everything was well taken care of when we arrived on the island. The accommodation and food from the staff exceeded our expectations. An amazing environment to relax, so good I rebooted when I got home.

Our medical team left work in the city on Friday and had two magical days at parole relaxing in yoga, meditation, native bush, clean oceans, and great facilities. The accommodation is designed for privacy and complete immersion in nature. The amenities included outdoor baths, sauna, standup paddle boards, kayaks, sailing boats, badminton, croquet, swimming pool, archery, and more. The food is five stars and we leave feeling the healthiest weve been in a long time. Thank you parole, see you next time.
