It's my second stay in Radisson Red hotel for the business trip. This hotel is very mordenized, new, and clean as it is literally 'new hotel. Crews are very friendly and I'd like to say thank you to Jelai, Neeraj and Mike. They are always kind and helpful for every matters and I had a great time during my stays. Will definitely stay again on my next trip. The accessibility to CBD is totally awesome and you can find nice coffee place and restaurants around the hotel easily. Highly recommended!!!

The hotel was clean, bright, modern and lovely. We had friends staying at Rydges around the corner for over twice the price at that place looked tired and run down in comparison.

Loved our stay here! Awesome location in Auckland city and a short walk to amazing coffee shops and restaurants. The harbor is barely a ten minute walk away! The staff are really great too. One receptionist (I wish I remembered her name!) was so so so sweet. I have an aversion to elevators and asked to use the stairs, but she personally went with me up the lift and made sure I was comfortable. Coffee in room is great and the view from our room was lovely. Comfortable and clean rooms! Would recommend again and again.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay, and the room was great. However, there are a few things that could be improved. The water pressure in the shower was a bit weak. Also, I stayed in a corner room, which was nice, but the blackout curtains didn't fully cover the windows. As a result, the sunlight came directly onto my face in the morning, making it difficult to sleep in.

This was an ideal location for a girls weekend with my daughter. We enjoyed our twin room and the rooftop bar (also, the food was delicious!).
