Large room with lovely bed linen - super comfy. Great view of the snow capped mountains from our balcony windows. Lovely glass dining room/restaurant offering spectacular views. Staff all very welcoming and positive.

Very friendly staff - helped me check in seamlessly and arranged for me to get dinner before the on-site restaurant closed. Great spot in Franz Josef. Room was nice. Only stayed 1 night as part of a 2 day tour.

Initially our room bed wasn’t good but reception happily helped us to change the room. Operation manager was very nice and receptionist also understood the situation. Apart from the noise (obviously due to helicopters flying) everything was fine. Scenic hotel is upto my expectations due to such a great staff. I will go back for sure as my helicopter scenic trip got cancelled due to bad weather. Cheers

Room was surprisingly large and updated. LOVED the location and the beds were comfy. Had a great breakfast as well (and early for the early AM flights).

Very well kept property with beautiful surroundings. Enjoyed the views all around. Room was clean. No elevator so had to take luggage up the stairs.

Very country side feel hotel. Staffs and services are very friendly. Breakfast selections are nice. I notice that there is no air condition unit in the room.
