The staff went above and beyond and made this a wonderful stay. I will be back. From the early access to the room, to remembering my name, to helping with wine suggestions and even printing for a meeting they were wonderful. The room was as advertised, very quiet and you can order pillows to your liking for extra comfort. I took advantage of the yoga mat and workouts on the tv. And ordering milk delivered by robot for my morning coffee. A wonderful experience and helped me stay grounded while in town for a conference.

We had a quick stay here and it was nothing short of a good time! The Sunset Bar was incredible, they had an amazing happy hour and we had a lovely view of the city. Staff was very friendly! I was surprised the room didn't have any type of milk for tea/coffee but offered a hand selection of pillows and room service. Great stay and would stay here again!

Good price, tidy and comfortable room. The TV isn’t a streamer! Awesome to be able to pick a movie and watch without all the hassle of connecting your phone.

Great location close to city and transport. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Staff friendly, clean and comfortable rooms. Only comment is lack of TV channels and lack of choice in restaurant, all Asian.
